I gave this shop one star because I didnt have the option to give zero. I recently took my 2013 Polaris sportsman 850 to have warranty work done. I have a POLARISTAR WARRANTY. the shift linkage was broke and it had a bad cv joint... They called me a week after they had it and said that something else with the transmission was wrong and it would take longer. I was fine with that and glad they updated me, but that was the last time for 6 weeks. So I called them and the service rep told me that they were currently working on it and that it should be done at the end of the day. After he said that he said and I quote " well since its the transmission we are going to want to keep it overnight." Immediately I thought that I wasnt getting the truth so the following day I stopped in and told them I was here to see if my bike was done since I received no phone call... The service rep told me that they had another problem. At this point I was very upset and his response was that it took two and a half weeks to hear back from the warranty company. Bike was there for over 7 weeks and warranty took 2 and a half. So that told me for almost five weeks nothing was done with my bike...fast forward 2 weeks later and they call me to tell me my bike was done... I picked it up on a Thursday and left in on my truck until Friday night when I was going to take it for a ride with friends... Backing it off my truck the cv joint was clicking like there was no tomorrow and driving down the road something was noticeably rattling. Found out it was my fenders. Not one single bolt was tightened and by the time I noticed I had already lost a few of them... Called the shop and told them that I would not bring it back and all I wanted was the six bolts to bolt my fenders back on. The service rep told me that was fine and he would call me when they were in. Today is almost two weeks since then and no bolts! Needless to say i will never be going back there and will never recommend them to anyone else I know. Reading other reviews I believe the people that are writing them have no clue about their bikes, so it makes it easier for the service to feed them a line of crap! And as for your bs response... I have paperwork that shows exactly what you did and nowhere on it does it describe anything other than what it was originally there for. The bike ran fine when it was brought there. Not once did you ever tell me that the whole axle was bad, not even when you called me to basically say how Im a liar and made all of this up the day I originally posted it. And you literally had to take the cv joint off to replace the boot. Meaning that you knowingly put a bad cv joint back on instead of doing the professional thing and fixing it. Apparently 2 and a half months is a timely manner to not fix a bike properly. And as for my language, I think most can understand how upset someone can get when they are lied to and called a liar. By the way Brett your language isnt church worthy either. I dont have to properly maintain my bike, thats your job. Why else would I buy a warranty?! Your a joke

I recently went back to Barnes Bros to purchase my second motorcycle after having a great experience with them when purchasing my first motorcycle back in 2014. I have to say that I highly recommend Barnes Bros Motorcycles & Offroad for any of your 4 wheel and 2 wheel needs. This is a family run business and it shows, they focus very heavily on customer satisfaction and building customer relationships. I can’t say enough good things about my experiences with this dealership. It was still winter when I started looking at a new motorcycle for the 2016 season. I had a great conversation with Blake Barnes where we discussed my style of riding and what options might be good choices for my next bike. Ultimately we ended up looking at the Yamaha FZ-07 as it fit the bill without compromising anything that was important to me. A few months later when the weather started to break, I contacted Blake again to schedule a test ride of the FZ-07 and he was very flexible when working with my travel schedule to setup a test ride. The ride went very well and I was sold. We worked out the details on my trade and the purchase price, all the numbers were well within in reason for both parties, so we both made out on the deal. I settled on a Raven Black 2016 model but really wanted the white model that Yamaha made back in 2015 but didn’t offer that color in the 2016 model year. Blake mentioned that we could swap the colored parts on the 2016 with the white parts for a very reasonable price. He sat me down with Liam Barnes and we worked out the details for the new plastics as well as added a beautiful carbon fiber exhaust, fuel controller, fender eliminator and adjustable levers. When the bike came in, Barnes Bros installed all the parts on it and let me know it was ready to go. The bike looks & sounds fantastic, Barnes Bros worked very hard to provide me with the perfect bike built to my specifications. I couldn’t be happier! Whether you are buying something straight off the floor or customizing your ride to your personal tastes, Barnes Bros has you covered. They have a full service center for repairs and maintenance as well as a wide variety of gear and accessories, what they don’t have in stock, they can most likely order for you. It really is a one stop shop with a customer focused staff who strive to provide each customer with a great experience. I’m very excited to have a business like this one in my own back yard.

As a frequent buyer of anything fun with a motor attached, (dirt bikes, street bikes, side by sides, atvs, ect…), my experience buying from this dealership was excellent. I am very detailed, in addition, I like discussing specs, features, options, and comprehensive information about any product. The entire sales and service team was very knowledgeable and informed me about additional features and functions of the motorcycle that I didn’t even know about. Too often when visiting other dealerships, I feel like I am teaching them about the bike, however, it was a breath of fresh air to talk intelligently about the different models and products with this crew. In addition to receiving more information about the bike I purchased, I noticed the sales and technicians are also very passionate about Motorsports as well. I felt right at home talking about motorcycles, places we have ridden, the gear we use and motorcycling in general. The service techs were also very helpful with the process and I will certainly trust them to do any maintenance that may be required in the future (this is rare for me, as I usually do my own service). I would highly recommend checking them out, as I will certainly return again for future purchases, parts, accessories, or just to visit and browse the motorcycles on the showroom floor and talk about what’s new. By the way, the new owners are actively involved with the daily operations and it was nice to see that for a change.
