Cutstavo Recovery

Dropped my bike off to have them check out my clutch/transmission. They checked with my warranty company and called to tell me that they would most likely not cover the cost of repairs, so I asked them to hold off as the repairs would be very costly. Once I went to pick up my bike, Toni charged me $65. When I asked what had been done to the bike he told me no repairs had been made, nor any problems diagnosed. I was charged $65 for him making two phone calls (one to the warranty company and one to me) and my bike sitting for four days. That doesnt seem like a very honest business model, considering Ive given them my business in the past. He couldnt even look me in the eye as he was telling me about the charges. I think that alone speaks volumes about the owner and what he stands for. Lesson learned.

Great customer care. I brought my bike and tires in to get them installed. Was never pressured into buying tires from them and the install was a great price. They even called me to tell me my rear brakes needed to be changed, which I didnt want them to replace because I do my own brakes, and again was never pressured into having them perform my brake service. A week after they installed my tires, the wheel weight fell off. I brought it back to him and they replaced the weight and balanced the tire for free within 15 minutes.

A friend of mine has used them for a long time and they come highly recommended. Ive only had my tires replaced, but I will be back. They were really friendly and willing to answer my naive questions ahead of a long distance trip Im doing next month. I know that doesnt say much about their mechanical abilities, but based on my friends recommendation and how I was treated, I feel comfortable taking my bike there in the future.

Both the cashier and mechanics seem a bit dull, all the times Ive been there I always try and spark a conversion so I can get to know them. However, they have incredibly economical prices, work quick, and have quality service. I recommended at least 5 bikers there already.

i couldnt believe the saving with these guys. I was In, I was out, and i was very happy with there work. This shop takes good care of you, because they are also riders and understands what the motorcycle cummunity wants. All in all go to them try em out......
