The Worst EVER....Bought a motorcycle from Paul (Owner) Drove from Odessa TX to get the Bike. Gave them 8 hrs notice... didnt have the bike clean or extra parts together. Got all paperwork done. Paid cash. They made me BUY tie-down straps from across the street. Then started loading extra parts... some of the parts that I was told would go with the bike they couldnt find. Hauled bike to Odessa. Got unloaded to ride, NO Speedometer... Didnt work. Called I was told the bike was completely serviced and that the speedometer sensor was changed out. Next week still to solution to problem went to a rally about 300 miles away. First day bike started randomly shutting off.. Runt trip. Had to trailer home because problem got so bad unsafe to ride. Took from March till TODAY (6-01-2014) for PAUL to get all parts and full payment to a local dealer to get my bike back to me. I missed out on several planned Bike Rallys and events with family and friends. To top it all off I never got anything but grief from Paul when I spoke to him on the phone about how expensive my local Triumph dealer was and that they should be cutting him a deal. JUST STAY CLEAR... FIND IT AT SOME OTHER DEALERSHIP.

I really like the tech that worked on my bike. That said I went nearly a thousand dollars into getting her running right and shes no there. I get what John said, and I dont really blame him. Mostly just disappointed. The level of service I got from the front end staff though, who I assume was the service manager... He solidified that I will not be returning to Brookside in the future. When I spend that kind of money, I expect to be treated with at least a little respect, and whoever that guy was ruined my experience. I mean, I just got done swiping my card, and he couldnt tell me where my bike was. Then I get it, and he couldnt even be bothered to find the key. After he was rude in the show room. John want to let me know where the bike stood, and he rudely forced me back outside, while I was talking to the mechanic who worked on my bike. Its not a bad place, but dont expect anything from the service manager.

This is absolutely the best motorcycle dealership experience I have ever had. I have purchased several new bikes from various dealers and this was the best by far. Paul and Lee, entire staff really, take the time to talk to you about all the bikes and listen to what you are saying. You really do get personal service from these guys. Even when they are busy they acknowledge you and are quick to get back to you. Hands down the best place to do business with! Whether your looking for a new Triumph, Guzzi, Aprilia or one of the many nice pre-owned bikes you wont regret doing business with these guys. They appreciate their customers and love their bikes. I live south of Norman, OK and it was splitting hairs to go to Brookside or a dealer in Dallas. Not much difference in distance for me. I am so glad I went to Brookside.

Heres my experience w brook side motorcycle I walk in and these four guys are sitting and eating lunch, nobodys there to greet the customer, and god forbid when I asked for help they peered at me as if I ruined their day. I ask for a battery, the guy doesnt know what kind my bike needs, guys its a 675r, learn your bikes. Then he sends another class act who sells me the wrong battery for $91.99. I go home and it doesnt work. I call them and they say "all sales are final, its gonna be $95 to diagnose the problem" Well guess what, Im a doctor, heres my diagnosis: your staff is horrible and classless. Ill never go back there again! Btw its funny how you guys write reviews about your own store to boost ratings, no normal human being would ever say good things about your business.

Ive sold a bike to BMCC, Ive bought a bike from BMCC and Ive had service done on my bike by BMCC. The lads are great. Theyre riders themselves, easy-going, know their products and will always go out of their way to take care of their customers. I ride a 14 Triumph Bonney T-100. Its my third Triumph over the decades. I love the brand, love the bike and trust BMCC to work on it. Paul and the guys have never let me down, and they wont let you down either. If you live near Tulsa and decide to buy a Triumph, buy it from Brookside Motorcycle Company.

Love my tiger xrx I purchased from these guys! Best customer service Ive ever experienced from any motorcycle shop in town. Anytime I had a question or needed something they were already one step ahead and already had it taken care of, I Couldnt be any happier with my purchase and service. Great crew of guys, very knowledgeable and definitely want to make you happy. Do your self a favor and buy your next bike here! If anything stop in and check out the selection that you wont find anywhere else in town!

These guys took a Vespa that had been "Diagnosed" as totaled by three different shops and brought it back to life! We had fun working together and with an open checkbook they came back at about half the price I was expecting. I know, a Vespa. Well they have done work on several other bikes and treat all of them with a first class approach and a professional touch!! Great guys! Great Service! Great Place!

Another great motorcycle purchase from Brookside Motorcycle Company. Paul, Tommy, and the crew are knowledgeable and passionate about the bikes they sell, and theyre fantastic to do business with. Brookside consistently has the best pricing in the region, and they will spend as much time as you like answering questions and ensuring you will be happy. You cant go wrong with this shop.

The service department sucks. I had a coolant leak fixed and it took them a month to make the repair. They didnt do everything I asked them to do and didnt do the repair correct. I asked for a invoice and they will not give me one they made a copy of the work order witch has 2 orings for $20.00 and a total of $244.00. Do not shop here!!!

They got me a hell of a deal on a Honda vtx 1300, and the customer service was just unbeatable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used bike, sales staff was very knowledgable and honest with me, and made me feel much more comfortable as a beginner rider!!! Plus you get a free shirt with a purchase, cant beat that.

the selection was alright, unless you were buying new. the owner acted like my bike wasnt worth really anything even though i have a pretty badass bike. i wouldnt do business at this place, they dont seem professional or seem like they have structure. Heres a tip, good service sells the product.

Just traveled from Arkansas to buy my Triumph T120 from Paul and staff at Brookside. Everything was smooth, clear, supported all the way. Its clear they dig what they do. Their approach made me like the Triumph even more than I already did. Great, real, old-school bike shop.
