I purchased an Arctic Cat ATV from Suzuki of Tomball in 1999. They have serviced and repaired it on several occasions in the past and the results was satisfactory . However, today, February, 2012, I would not recommend them to do any repairs on my ATV due to several repairs being botched. Summary: Date, 12/15/10, Ball Joints - Front Right, replaced......Suzuki of Tomball did not tighten the A-Arm bolts (4 bolts). One fell out and was lost when I rode it with my grandson. They did replace the bolt for free, but after I had to wait another week for it to arrive. Ever hear of overnight mail? Date, 5/10/11. Ball Joints - Front Left, replace, and check bearings noise on left front..The work on the ball joints was satisfactory, but apparently they did not fully inspect the wheel bearings because they continued making noise. Date,12/29/11, The front left bearing and the CV joint that they were suppose to have checked collapsed. They said that to repair it, I needed a new axle with CV joints, new bearings, and a new hub as they could not press the bearing race out. This cost me $804.31. On the first ride after repair, there was a noise in the left front bearing, the one just replaced. I took the ATV to another shop. They advised that the new axle had the nut cross-threaded not allowing the bearing to be snugged up, causing failure. This is to advise people to not take there bikes, or four-wheelers to Suzuki of Tomball for repairs as their mechanics, today do not perform satisfactory work. Also, other repair shops do better repairs at a lower cost. I hope this review keeps someone else from going through poor repairs as I have received from Suzuki of Tomball. I am a 69 year old retiree and do not ride my ATV in rough conditions, only on my deer lease roads and trails.

I started my "relationship" with this company shortly after they moved locations. They still had a bunch of older bikes sitting outside of their old location that I was interested in buying if I could get them cheap. I called the shop and the owners daughters boyfriend answered and said to meet him at the old location with "a couple hundred dollars and a trailer" and told me I could take whatever I wanted. I took two four wheelers. The next day I find out that the cops are looking for me for theft. This guy pocketed the money AND reported the bikes stolen. I cleared everything up with the owner. My next run in I had with this store was when I applied for a job there. I was immediately given the job without even filling out an application and he told me to come in monday morning. He said he would start me out at just over minimum wage and work me up quickly based on how I worked. Two weeks go by and he gives me my "paycheck", except it was cash money. I figured it all out as to how much I was making an hour and it was around $4.00. I confronted him about both my payment being cash and that I wasnt even making minimum wage. His reply was that his shop wasnt big enough and he didnt have to follow federal law, therefore he wasnt turning taxes in on me and giving me less than minimum wage, for being a mechanic. He said I was lucky he was paying me that much because he could be paying me a quarter if he wanted to. Needless to say that was my last day there and the last time I will ever do business with them.

OK, this started out as a bad review. I got into it with the owner of Tomball Suzuki and it seemed we were both having bad days. Ive seen the bad reviews so I was already skeptical. They ordered me the wrong parts twice. At first I considered this to be their fault as I had went out of my way and even showed up to show them the correct part. They refunded me my money and went on my way. The salesman didnt forget me though. They continued searching for the part I needed. While they were searching without me knowing I went to multiple other dealerships that couldnt help me (arctic cat is more of a northerner thing I now know) then I went to cypress ATV. As did Tomball Suzuki, Cypress ATV ordered the wrong part even after I paid my mechanic to go through the same thing with them and I explained what happened in tomball. They ordered the wrong part, wouldnt refund me, fired the guy that ordered it for me and cussed me out. Now back to Tomball Suzuki. I finally found the right part, called tomball Suzuki with the part number. He then informed me he had called arctic cat for me to ensure this was the part already (kinda awaiting my return) and Tuesday after I give final confirmation I will have my part. Wow what a ride but at least Tomball Suzuki stuck by me through the end and even though Arctic Cat has a zero return/refund policy they refunded me for the wrong parts. They may be ruff around the edges but they do actually care about their customers.

I personally have a friend who went here to have his bike serviced and after waiting for what was supposed to be four days that ended up being three weeks, he was assaulted by the owner with a bat who then refused to give him his bike without payment in full in cash! He ordered the girl taking payment to refuse his credit card replying that he would (my friend) cancel the payment once he left. My friend then had to go to an atm to get the money to get his bike. He probably should have called the cops but like all bike lovers all he wanted was his baby back. Once he got the bike loaded he realized parts were missing and upon asking what happened to them and where they were the worker replied "dont know , sucks for you" I have never heard of a business run that way. I am just beside myself. So beware if you have any issues with them bring the cops when you go before hand and maybe you will get your whole bike back without being assaulted or better yet avoid it all together and choose another place of business!

If you want to get ripped off this is the place to go, I bought a bike from the owner, we agreed on a price. he charged me hidden fees, I asked him to show me what the other fees were, just said thats the way I do things, and he got angry and walked off, I called back a week or 2 later and said the bike has a rust in the tank and the carbs are clogged. The so called new owners said thats your problem now cant do anything for you. so I got ripped off on the bike and they wont stand by their products they sell. it will cost over $700 to get this bike on the road again. its nice to know that there are honest people out there but not at Tomball Suzuki, thank you Tomball Suzuki for ripping people off you guys are great.

Took my GSXR in for a rear tire... they fixed it and all was fine, until a month later when i had to get another tire...took it to a different shop and they showed me how "whoever" took my rim off last time f-ed it up. They scratched my rim completely and painted over it with a black marker so I wouldnt see it, then the dented the frame where the bolt holds the tire in place. When I spoke to the other shop about them they said "oh yeah, they are not real good mechanics there" they instructed me to take it to Conroe if I had to go to the dealer...I wont go back to these guys...even though they are only 5 minutes from my house.
