They had my bike for three months to change a tire. First, it shouldnt take that long to fix a tire. I called them a week before I needed the bike to be shipped to Georgia. The guy I talked to said that it would be fixed by the next Tuesday because that was the day my ride for it was leaving. The bike wasnt ready until Wednesday and the ride already left. It was then useless to me because I had to buy a new one in Georgia. Second, I was told that the repair was only going to be $130 and when I went to pick it up I was charged $400. That seems a bit much for a tire. I asked if they couldnt help me out since I had to buy a new bike and they quoted me a different price for the repair. The guy said that he could have the bike shipped in a MONTH for $500. This now makes the overall cost of just getting my tire fixed to be $900. That is what I paid for the bike. This store is not willing to help you out if you need it. They only want to take as much money as they can and screw you over. I will never be doing business with them again and I will not be recommending this place to my friends.

To the keelymcintosh review: as the saying goes, there are 2 sides to every story. She dropped the machine off to have a tube replaced- which is a quick job but we had to order the tube, so it was ready within a week. We called her multiple times, left messages and could never get a hold of her. Weeks passed before we finally heard back and by that time, the bike wouldnt start. These machines cant sit like that without being started and we made multiple attempts to reach her when it was ready. We pride ourselves in the service we provide, including our prices and our thorough communication with our customers. Our labor rates are the cheapest you will find and we often dont even charge for hours of labor when we are struggling with difficult jobs because we dont think its fair to the customer to have to pay for these things. So in short, the customer left the bike in our shop for months- to no fault of ours.

Ronnie is a good guy to do business with and actually cares about his customers. He was very reasonable when negotiating the deal, and communicated with me the status of my bike every step of the way. This is the place to go to, especially if youre looking to buy a Beta. LB 1/20/2017
