The service here is awful. Ive been through 3 or 4 times and only once was my interaction friendly. Usually there is the same man behind the counter who gives off the impression he could care less that I was there. Not only has the service been horrible in person, but I was none to pleased with my service when bringing my bike in for service. I brought my 81 in for repairs and while trying to explain what was going on and some stray wires I noticed while taking a look myself, the staffs only concern was leaving for the day. There were still 10 minutes left before close and all I wanted was to take a couple seconds to explain what I saw. Neither of the two cared to hear what I said. After a few days I got a call back explaining that the only problems noticed was some corrosion around some connectors and that they cleaned it all out and they were only charging me for an hour of work. I was rather excited to have my bike back with such minimal amount of work. When I asked about the wires however, they simply said that because it was so old, they didnt want to take the time to find a copy of the schematics. With youtube and google being so widely available, I find it hard to believe the wiring schematics would be so impossible to find. Anyways, upon receiving my bike, I popped the seat to take a look, and to be honest, everything looked the exact same as when i left it. It started however, so I left to go to an event. ON MY WAY to the event from the shop, my RPM meter stopped working. Then, as I went to leave my event, I had the EXACT same problems trying to start my bike as I did before I took it to get it looked at. Upon arrival at my house, I gave them a call to explain my concerns. THIS IS WHAT KILLED IT. When I explained what had happened upon receiving my bike back, the person on the phone sounded annoyed with my concerns. He said it wasnt "our problem," because he swore they never messed with anything with the RPM meter. I tried to explain that that wasnt the point! I gave it to you with a working RPM meter and received it back with a broken one. AT THIS POINT he sighed into the phone!! Sounding irritated that I was upset at the quality of service he said that, "i guess maybe we can try to look into it before saturday." What kind of customer service is this?! Ive spent years in the customer service industry and this is by far the WORST service ive ever received in my life. I will not be returning here and my friends are sure to be hearing this as well.

These guys are amazing. I drove from Denver to purchase a Yamaha AR240 last week and after spending hours with me on the phone, EVERYTHING they said about the boat and transaction was spot on. I made the trip with my 2 year old and my 6 year old and they even recommended an awesome inexpensive hotel for us to stay at. When Yamaha tried to push me into a higher "rate group" for financing, Sharon went to battle and got me the lowest finance rates Yamaha offers. They also sourced my boat and picked it up so I didnt have to wait until mid June(3 months later) for my new toy. For us boaters, the wifes approval of a new boat can be fleeting so we know we have to strike wgen the irons hot:) They even entertained my kids while they spent hours with me going through the boat. So to beginning boaters, feel comfortable that youll get the right product suggestions and PLENTY of hands on training. To highly experienced boaters (Ive owned everything from Sea Ray to Mastercraft over 20 years) be ready for what a true Midwest boating sales experience is supposed to be like(even down to oil extraction training and what maintenance you can do on your own) Sharon and her husband are awesome! They even offered to meet me half way between Denver and Omaha! There only dow fall is they dont have a location in Denver(hint hint). Oh and one more thing, expect to pay a premium for premium service??? Not here. Hats Off was 2k cheaper than anywhere else!!! Denver CO folks - If youre considering Hats Off and want to talk to me personally about my experience, call Sharon and shell give you my number. I was so impressed Ive given her permission to use me as a referral. Thanks Sharon and Company. Youre the best!!! See you in a few months about a jet ski!

I went to Hats Off for some maintenance and had probably the worst experience you could possibly imagine. I took my bike to them in May to have the brakes fixed. I kept calling them to see when it would be done and finally in NOVEMBER they got back to me and said it was done. I got there, paid for the repairs and they brought my bike around. They told me that during the maintenance they had broken my running lights and would not fix it because "they dont do wiring." Also when I was getting ready to leave I noticed that one of my fairings had puncture damage where it had not before. There were 3 spots and a huge crack on the bike. (I think they dropped something, possibly another bike on it.) They did admit that they had not seen the damage when I brought the bike in and said they would fix it. March comes around and they finally have my bike done. The fairings they fixed look terrible, the maintenance they did is poor and they did not put everything back together. I was inspecting things and they didnt even bolt everything back onto the bike. This has got to be the worst experience I could possibly imagine. I have never been more disappointed in service before in my life. I hope nobody else ever has this same experience.

This store was AMAZING from the very first phone call. I had been shopping for about a week and had contacted several dealerships. The lady who answered the phone (Sharon) was very friendly and made me feel like a regular and more than just a customer or sale. She answered all my questions, the dozens upon dozens, polietly and with genuine care. When I arrived at her store, Nick, the gentleman that checked and prepared my motorcycle was just as friendly and professional. He went out of his way to show me all the ins and outs of my new bike, and just like Sharon, really cared that I was comfortable with my bike, not just for the sale, but because they really do care. I also got my bike at an unbelievable price!!! I would recommend Hats Off Motorsports at 812 S. Fort Crook Road to and and all my friends and family. I have no regrets driving the 200 + miles, and would and will do it again for my next purchase. Thank you Hats Off Motorsports for being one of those very few businesses that still see us as people and not just a sale. You have earned a life long loyal customer.

If there were a "no star" option I would have used it. How is this place still in business? So much of what I read from the other reviews resonate as to my own experience with them. Disinterest, lack of attention to detail, general apathy overall, and an unwillingness to listen to their customer. I even directed them down the path of a possible solution to the problem and they wouldnt hear it. As it turned out, it was the absolute correct path. Thank God for Edwards Motorsports and Cameron Kosiske for figuring it out and even entertaining the the idea. I was so mad I was going to take them to small claims for recovery until reading other comments here on this forum. Clearly they have more than enough problems on their own and for me to add to their pressure would be cruel. I will, like others, chalk this up to a lesson learned and watch while I await their implosion from within. DO NOT take your mechanical repair needs to this place!
