Bought a slightly used BMW bike here about a year ago. Bob was helpful, informative, and low pressure. The bike was delivered on time, and they provided a discount on a few accessories. Ive been back a few times for additional accessories and they always remember me. Classic small town dealer feel. I recommend checking them out if youre in Omaha. For context, Ive had multiple BMW and European bikes, and have also bought from one of the highest volume BMW dealers in the country (BMW of Denver, which was also a great experience). The Omaha guys are definitely a small shop, but they do a great job as the only BMW dealer in the Omaha area.

Not A lot of good things to say about this dealership at this time. They had to replace the Decompression Lever on my 2012 BMW G 650 GS Sertao, Now I am on my third leak of the valve cover. Currently I am in Chicago, on a road trip, and the bike is at the local Dealer here. They have found that the Valve cover is warped. I suspect mis tightening by the Omaha mechanic, As I have Googled oil leaks on this bike, and found none. Of course the dealer here will not point a finger. This is my Opinion so far. This is the Third Oil leak from "The valve Cover gasket" Before the Decompression Lever was replaced the bike never leaked.

Ive purchased two motorcycles (traded the first one after a short time because I wanted a bigger bike) and both times I was satisfied with their service and their attention to detail. Their sales technique is straightforward and without pretension. They sell a quality product and they have helped me after the sale with great service work, and advice. Hands down, I recommend them to everyone who inquiries about my bike. They guys work hard, get busy like everyone else, and could use some secretarial help to keep customers advised about delays...typical issue with small business and not atypical.

Ive been to the place 3 times to order parts for my Ural (authorized dealer my butt), and each time Im spent 30 minutes getting my list made up with them (once by phone) and have NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM! Ive called back several times and each time Ive been given the run-around about the parts-manager. But hey, if they dont want my money, thats their problem. Would have been great if theyd just told me up front though. This run-around crap is BS.

I am a middle aged woman who loves BMWs. My husband had one before he passed. Anyway, I went in to possibly purchase a bike. From the get go I was treated like I didnt have a clue about bikes; let alone BMWs! Very patronizing and rude! Walked out and drove to Engle Motors in KC where I was treated with respect and purchased a bike! Told all my Iowa friends to not do business with them, especially you gals out there!

Knowledgeable- yes Ill give them that . Charge 33% more than other dealerships for simple maintenance- yes. My first oil change was done at BMW Omaha and ended up costing 33% more than the other two dealerships I talked to and and took 7/10 of an hour longer. When I asked for an explanation they just said they charge differently than other dealerships.

Great service, they were there waiting for me when I arrived. Got a fantastic deal on my trade in, almost my initial asking price which I did not expect to get. Very patient and respectful Super flexible with payment options, even lowly plebs such as myself with less than optimal credit can afford to get a new 2015 s1000rr(superb motorcycle)

Very good experience at BMW Motorcycles. Had a list of specific things I wanted in a bike. BMW fournd and matched me with exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service and I was impressed with the professional atmosphere. Will be returning in the future.

Got me in on (very) short notice to mount a new tire. Wheel was off the bike and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Had a great chat with the owner, he definitely understands and appreciates what a BMW motorcycle customer expects in a good dealership.

Good dealership; they have a fair stock of gear on hand also. Head out during an open house for some test rides.
