Been waiting on parts since it was ordered on the 7th exactly waiting on R-piston R-cylinder R-head an ignion wires. currently been calling to have an just eta of when to expect it. I was told it will take 11 days total 10 days to get the parts an 1 day to put everything on. Well that passed on the 18th. Today is the 20th i was told it wont be in until next week until the parts get to a different state nevermind getting to the shop. When I first got there they was very polite when I brought my motorcycle to them. They had it on the lift before I even left an had called me with the diagnosis on what happened within 24 hours which made me believe they where a great store. (Ive had extremely bad past experience with bike shops which make me very cautious about taking my bike anywhere from the start.) so this helped alot with calming down my nerves. I am hoping the bike shop is reliable about there work an everything gets sorted out soon. The 3 stars are for not knowing what is going on or to have a real eta. I will change once I get anothing update on my motor. Update: Currently bike is going on 5 months being at the shop my bike. another issue came after they told me all clear the bike was fixed they test drove it you can have it back was driving home on a busy highway when my bike shut off an wouldnt start back up blew fuses for fuel pump. got told the fuel pump needed replacing ended up getting new fuel pump an fuel lines replaced. Got given the all clear again this time I broke down once again on a busy highway had to have them take it back once again. I actually got further on my old fuel pump this is becoming a big joke 5 months of wasted registration 5 months of insurance wasted only thing I hear when I ask for a update is we dont know. hopefully this issue gets fixed just thought people would be interested in my experience so far with the shop

I want to start by saying that everyone here at this location is very friendly and helpful. My issue had nothing to do with service but more around lack the of follow up as well as not owning up to a mistake made by them on their own website. I have been looking for a Scout motorcycle and have come in a few times and spoken to a few people(very friendly and knowledgeable people). But when i saw they had new inventory in for a lower price then some of the other dealerships i thought wow how amazing and so I called spoke to one of the guys. He told me that I should send my info got my information for the application and told me he would but the deal together on the bike they had, but in the end they didnt honor what was on there own website. Then the reason they couldnt didnt make any sense to me I was told they had to "find the bike" but in reality if you have it as part of your inventory then why do you need to "find it" but instead they didnt and lied about why they couldnt. I will be posting snap shots as well to show that this was not me trying to get a cheaper price or being upset for no reason. Also the other issue was my lack of follow up I was the one more on top of this then the dealership, I kept calling myself to get updates.

BMW-Woodlands is a bright and spacious store with a large selection of BMW and Indian motorcycles. The courteous staff is easily approachable and eager to help with any questions. Being a long time owner of BMW motorcycles I was surprised how much I was attracted to the Indian Springfield. I didnt think about a test ride but one was promptly offered and away I went. Its a wonderful bike and amazingly easy to toss about for a cruiser. But it was the GS that called me so off I went on a GS for a test ride. Test rides are offered on any of the bikes, as it should be. I had to have it. Ive always bought used motorcycles from individuals so this was my first experience dealing with a dealer. I expected low balling trade-in coupled with manufactures retail pricing. Well, I was surprised! A very fair price for my used BMW and a great price on the new one. I couldnt be happier with my choice and Im thrilled to have a dealer on the north side of Houston. Highly Recommended!

I bought an Indian Roadmaster here. These people were very friendly and knowledgeable about the Indian and accessories. They worked hard to get me the options that I wanted. Every weekend they put out food and drinks and are personable but not pushy. My wife and I had signed the contracts on Saturday, took possession of the Roadmaster on a Monday and before the week was out they had my permanent license plates. Both the parts and service departments are great and the people will take the time just to shoot the breeze with you while you wait. The best thing I have noticed is that they are eager to take care of you after the sale. This is the way a dealer should be. I would highly recommend this place.

Brought my 2015 BMW in for an annual service, a warranty repair and new tires. Since I wouldnt need the bike for a while I gave them two weeks to complete the work, but to my surprise Don, the service manager, in 4 days telling me it was ready. Since they had to order parts, I really didnt expect to have it for the weekend, or even two, but they got me back on the road in just a couple of days. Pricing for the tires was less than online and all the work was done correctly the first time. Houston was in desperate need of a competent BMW Motorrad dealer. I wont be going anywhere else.

This is the best BMW motored dealership I have ever had. The salesman Cory and finance manager Brianna worked with me based on my budget and concerns. Great staff in this dealership that will work with you to beat anyone elses price. They are awesome enough that the words cant explain. I rode the bike over 1k+ miles in matter of 2 weeks and NO DEFECTIONS at all. Go get a BMW motorcycle from them and you will experience the awesomeness when you ride it on the road. When you are ready to check out your future BMW motorcycles, make sure you got Cory and Brianna in your TEAM~~!! Ride safe!!

This place is awesome. I am a new rider, and I live 60 miles from this dealership. They had the bike I wanted and I was able to set up most of the sale over the phone. When I arrived, everything was prepared for signing. The transaction took 10 minutes, and the terms were exactly what we discussed on the phone. The staff were very helpful and the selection of gear at the store was very good. I was able to get all of my riding attire when I picked up the bike. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a bike or a slingshot.

Traded in a 2014 Indian Chieftain on a new 2016 Indian Springfield. In the beginning I didnt think they would be able to make a good enough deal to make it happen but to my surprise when the final figures when put in front of me it showed they wanted to sell me that Springfield. These people are top notch and will do everything in their power to make the deal work and earn your business.
