I had dropped my 08 Rocker off to get a belt and trans fluid change. First they quoted me at 3 hours, they charged me for 5, and told me they took off a couple hours, I guess to make me feel good about the 5 hours they charged me instead of 3 So i pick up my bike after work, seemed to start up a little strange, but I just thought maybe the battery was low, so I went straight home and parked it. The following morning, when I cranked it, it sounded like a 80s model chevy starter grinding with missing shims, terrible sound! I called Chad Sullivan back about the issue, he said bring it up, well look at it. they claimed my starter was going out and it was just bad timing, I said " you removed it and now its not starting correctly, he said well its unfortunate timing but for $700 parts and labor well put one on. NO THANKS! I said you need to go back through it because I dropped it off to you it started fine, he said leave the bike well go back through it. A whole week went by with no call, update, nothing, so I call on a Friday, He says " we exhausted all possibilities, and your starter is bad" So, I call Mancuso central where I bought the bike, and they picked up the bike. I get a call the next day, the starter is fine, the compensator is the problem directly related to the belt that was serviced at the Woodlands. Paid the bill and brought the receipt to Chad at Woodlands Harley. I told him how it wasnt the starter he wanted to sell me and I had to pay extra to get the bike back right.he said " I never told you it was the starter, I said "you told me you went back through the bike and that it was in fact the starter and you gave me a quote of $700. He said well the compensator goes bad too, I said yeah I understand, but you were trying to sell me a starter, and I would of had the same problem when you were done. Ive bought 3 harleys, two from mancuso crossroads and one from mancuso central, Ive never been treated the way I was treated at the Woodlands, They Have 0 customer service and no quality control obviously.

Its a nice location with great and friendly staff. Heck, its Harley Davidson, I always have great service. The sales staff is anyways helpful and has good advice/tips. Yall have fun activities too! Creative and inviting. A wish from Harley Davidson corporate is that Id like to see merchandise prices come down more reasonably. Yes, of course it is your ever popular logo and in much demand, but have to say, the quality in clothing, boots and novelties had gone way down. Im very selective of what I buy now. Theres a few t shirts Ive purchased or received as gifts that didnt last more than a few washes before stitching gave way. I do not dry any of my shirts in the dryer ever, as Im worried about shrinkage and deterioration of the material. The heel of my HD boots separated after about 4 months, I didnt even wear them unless I was riding. I had them repaired, for $20, which I feel shouldnt have happened that soon! The HD location I got them from, in California, wouldnt exchange them for me. I understand the policy, but dont agree that they should be expected to fall apart that soon and after paying $150 for them, especially if they didnt have a lot of wear on them. This review is great for The Woodlands location, I would recommend that if youre an HD fan and in the area, go in here, they will treat you right! The final part of my review is just a suggestion for improvement to HD corporate, so they can continue to offer superior quality service, hold up its high standards and ever popular and loving consumer rating. Harley Davidson is historical in America and its somewhat disappointing that its been out sourced out of the USA and might not care about its quality offered to its faithful, loyal and supporting consumers. By the way, HD really does do great things for our veterans, thank you for sponsoring and supporting them.

I went into this location three times from November 2014 through January 2015. I was ignored by the sales staff and not acknowledged until 30 minutes when I had to ask folks out right if I may get some help. I live within 15 miles of this place. I ended buying my bike in Round Rock Texas 3 hours from my home where I was immediately greeted and treated with respect! I bought a bike and paid cash for it! I decided to try The Woodlands location again but for service this time as I wanted to add a custom part to my bike. Service Josh was very nice and helpful. I ordered the part which the General Manager Chad took the order. I shared with him my prior experience with this business. I thought this time would be different. I fail to understand how he takes the order tells me it will take a week for the part to come in and I call 10 days later to find the status. The part has been in for 7 days. They had my money too. My request when I placed the order was for them to install it. I dont understand why I get a voice mail asking me that question when the information was taken and provided 10 days ago.

Always love this store!!! On the most recent visit we were dropping the bike off for service, need it to be working really great for the next Bike Rally.. but usually I enjoy the motor clothes search to see if there is anything in my size... you see, every HD store that sells clothes will have MENS shirts up to a 5X but only a few HD stores actually carry SIZE SEXY for the Big Gals & this store has a great crew that will help to get your size in everything they have & bring it to the dressing room for you as well... I have tried on ten & only found one with a fit & I have tried on three & bought all three, so its a matter of calling to check & see if they have several items in your size & just popping in occasionally will increase your odds of finding things that fit & the motor clothes you enjoy wearing! THANKS HD Woodllands, from the sales floor to the service - this is my favorite HD Store in & around Houston!!!!

What a disappointment. Ive been in the service industry for nearly 20 years. I went this afternoon to check out the new 107 Milwaukee 8. After I walked around the store for 15 minutes, I passed 4 sales people. The first, I said hello to while staring at the wide glides, he nodded and passed. The second, looked at me and sat on a used bike and said under his breath, "this is a nice bike. Id like to have this one." He rocked it back and forth for a while and got off and walked away. The last two, talked about their weekend plans. The most disappointing part is I was ready to negotiate on a new street glide. With Harley losing market share every year to Indian and some of the other competitors, poor customer service wont help. Lucky for Mancuso, I like Harley. When I walked into their store, I was acknowledged and someone greeted me with a smile. Happy to say, they will be getting my business on a new Glide.
