I have struggled dealing with the owner/manager. A male that I dont know his name. I had work done on my motorcycle and dirt bike through them. Both times he was just difficult to speak to. Last time I had my motorcycle worked on, I thought they did great work for a reasonable price. Come to find out they didnt change the oil as I asked. They quickly corrected that, which I thought was great. Heres the problem. They didnt ask me what kind of oil to put in my bike. I use the Suzuki synthetic. They also overfilled the oil. I dont ride but 6 or so times a year. When I road after the work was done to it, I noticed oil leaking out of the left side air filter. It was a very small leak and I didnt think much of it. Well the leak even continued after riding just being parked. I road it again months later and the leak was worse. I road it again sometime later and still leaking. Being right on money, I parked it for a while. In a years time I road it like 4 times. Very short rides. Some money came in and I called the shop. I asked what maybe causing the leak. I was told that the oil is probably over filled. That was a relief. When I told him that they did the last oil change he got extremely defensive to the point that I took my bike elsewhere. Come to find out that even after leaking oil 4 quarts were drained from my bike and it only takes 3.6, so they over filled it. The mechanic also showed me how the power commander that I had them put on was poorly installed. Wires were pushed up into areas that should have been removed and then had the wires neatly run through the area. In cramming the wires, two wires had bare copper showing. New mechanic taped bare wires, removed the air box, and ran the wires neatly, made the LED lights that I had them install a neater install too. Mechanic also showed me a pinched hose and some loose bolts. No one else had worked on my bike for a long time except for tire changes and tail light upgrade. So for bad people skills and poor quality work, they get two stars.

Scam Artists! Took my bike here for a minor oil leak and the owner said he would diagnosis it free of charge and call me the following day. I recieved no call, so I called then the next day and an employee said they were waiting on a part. I asked why they were waiting on a part when they hadnt even told me what was wrong with the bike. He said he didnt know and I would have to call back when the manager was there. I called the following day and the manager fed me some BS story about how the leak was magically fixed after they changed the oil and the air filter, but wouldnt tell me what was wrong with the bike. He said he didnt know how much it would cost until after he finished working on the bike, even though he had never given me an estimate and said he wouldnt charge anything to find out what was wrong with the bike! I told him I had never given him permission to conduct repairs without an estimate and he said "fine it will be $90 for the oil change". I told him it didnt need an oil change and I had never OKed him to conduct any work before giving me a price. I believe this was a complete lie anyway and he had in fact done no work on the bike. He said "fine it will be $90 for the diagnostic". I said "what diagnostic?, you still havent told me what is wrong with it" He told me I would not get my bike back unless I paid him, even though I had not agreed to any charges previously. If you want to be extorted, this is the place to go.

This post is in reply to Andy Sherbondys review. He brought his bike in for front end work and to replace both tires. The parts were purchased off the internet. Obviously not a great way to endear yourself to any brick and mortar family owned business. However, we accepted the job. We even charged a discounted rate for mounting and balancing the tires. We installed the front end parts. As soon as the customer took delivery of the bike, he returned with a complaint about a front end wobble. Obviously, the wobble was there when he dropped off the bike, but neglected to tell us. I can only assume that he purchased the parts, thinking that would fix the problem. It did not. It turned out to be a loose bolt, that my mechanic tightened. (No charge to the customer). Then the customer returned with a complaint about the headlight. He had installed the light himself. Since the customer did not initially report a problem, we did not look for it. It turns out that the all it took was to reverse polarity and the light worked. (No charge to the customer). The complaint about the rust is partly valid. After the work on the bike was finished, we contacted the customer. He left the bike with us for at least 3 weeks. Since we have limited space, the bike was moved outside in the morning and back inside at night. (No charge to the customer for storage).

This is the worst motorcycle shop, if youd call it that Ive ever been to. Treated my father(almost 70) terribly and took advantage of him while his motorcycle was to be repaired. The gentleman named "Chris" initially brought us in for the repair and took very good care of what we had asked until unfortunately Chris had passed away a few weeks later, no disrespect. From then on we recieved nothing of the same, it seemed as if they were in over their heads on the repair and were playing a guessing game as to what was wrong with our motorcycle, in the mean time hiking up the bill to an outrageous amount. Its a late model Harley Davidson Evo, nothing spectacular or out of the norm for any motorcycle shop. The owner "Ed" treated us both terribly, failed to contact us or to keep us updated as to what was going on with the bike. When asked about the repair, he was at a loss for words and in a complete panic as to simply not knowing how to deal business with the general public. He made rude remarks and threats to my father and I both when I mentioned I had spoken with an attorney and Ill never go back, nor do I recommend anyone to take their motorcycle to this shop. Im still speaking with an attorney on the matter. Good day.

I have been a customer of Global Motorsports for many years. I purchase everything from helmets to batteries to tons of accessories. I have also purchased a bike from them at a steal. The thing I always get the best deal on is tires and associated customer service when they mount and balance them for me. I ride an 1800 Goldwing and they always have my tires in stock (and cheap). They are best known for their great deals on tires. I also own three other bikes which they always have parts for at very reasonable prices. They know bikes and they have always treated me fairly. If I have ever had a problem the owner is always honest and wiling to take care of me. If you read enough online reviews you will always find someone who has something negative to say about a repair shop. If you read that here it will be because they didnt take the time to talk to the owner who will always do everthing in his power to make it right. Dont take your used bike to some dealership who doesnt put the customer first. I give these guys my highest recommend!
