I have been in the auto dealer industry for 11 years. Personally this is the best and smoothest purchase I have ever made, even considering purchases from coworkers and personal friends. I have wanted a HD for years, this is my first bike purchase and it was very pleasant! My wife randomly pulled in just to waste some time, was greeted by several sales people, and was offered help a few times as we thumbed around. After 10 minutes or so Lew came by and started talking to us like a friend, and nothing different. He treated the bikes like they were his collection, and treated us like a long term family friend. Letting us sit on the ones we chose, holding them, demoing them, and guiding us to the right bike. Normally I would roll my eyes at a salesman going through these efforts because it comes off scripted and unnatural. Not Lew, I dont know how much sales experience he has but he did it by the book and was very patient with us. Understand I had ZERO intentions of looking that day, and even less intentions of buying. Knowing this Lew still took time with us and didnt blow us off. We originally talked about his and hers and we eventually talked ourselves into filling out a credit app out of curiosity, then they started working to get us sold. Eric, the sales manager, started to hard sale us WITHOUT pushing us, and by hard sale I mean they were dealing with us, and offering us deals. They made us 2 strong offers, but ultimately left the decision to us and gave us time to think and discuss. I walked away from the deal, I was not prepared to make that decision that day. We discussed over the weekend, settled on a single bike instead of two, and texted Lew- he gave me his phone number because he was off on Sunday and Monday(which they are open on Monday)- but would be more than happy to come in to speak with us. I brought my dad who is a long term rider and he checked it out with me, Lew even took great care of my mom and dad as they were asking questions not only about my bike (which we were still discussing) but their bike they had bought 3 years ago. We did some more negotiating, but I didnt have to do much as they offered me a great deal. Lew than took me around the store showing me around, we met Matt in service, and he is setting me up with a set of crash bars- he is even getting them powder coated for me since they do not offer them in black. They also took to my interest as a gearhead and showed me around to the shop, showed me the dyno, explained the dyno process, showed me a few bike builds. I come from a Parts and Service department of the auto world- I was VERY impressed with their setup and cleanliness of their shop- top notch. They then let me pick out a few shirts introduced me to a few safety items- helmets, gloves, and the such. I was then introduced to a parts counter guy- Witt, then was taken back to Quint- the finance guy. Quint handled the finance part great- took time to explain what we were doing and was very transparent for me- which I require in a deal. He even worked with me to get a package deal that I was happy with. This was all completed Monday at 6:30 pm- Lew than gave me another quick demo, and then they loaded it up and TRAILERED it an hour away to my home. Could not be more satisfied, do not hesitate to ask for Lew- he is about as down to earth as you can get.

I originally called looking to get a used bike I found on their webpage, but it had already sold. My salesperson, Patrick, suggested financing to see about a new Sportster. I was not sure about driving all the way from Oklahoma City to Tulsa when there are Harley dealerships here, but after seeing the high reviews online for this dealership, I decided to make the drive and give them a chance. The day before I went there, Patrick called me to let me know that he had some other options to look at when I got there. I thought, "here we go, already trying to get me for more than I want to spend." But I was soooooo wrong. Patrick truly had my best interest in mind based off what I had told him I planned to use the bike for over the phone. This was cemented when I sat on a Sportster and realized that it would not be the bike for me. Instead, Patrick steered me to a 2013 model Wide Glide. They had marked them way down due to the new model year coming in, but it was still new, and had only 10 miles on it. I was hooked as soon as I sat on it. From that point on, the customer service by everyone in the store was fantastic. I felt like I was their only customer, even though there were other people in the store. The parts department were very helpful and quick to install the new mufflers I bought to add to the bike. This was done before I was even finished shopping. I feel like I got a great deal, and I feel like I was not just a number to the people there. My wife and 10 month old son also came with me so I could drive my bike home, and everyone in the store treated them great. They were very helpful and did not ignore my wife and son at all. This was the BEST buying experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle of any type. I cannot say enough about how the whole experience was worth the hour and a half drive there. I am not just a Harley fanatic now, but a Route 66 Harley fanatic. (By the way, the bike is great too. I already put 200 miles on it and that is just day one). (And my wife bought me a Harley angel bell as a gift to me, and Patrick came up to my wife to ask her if she wanted them to go ahead and put it on the bike while they were changing out the pipes, so I did not have to try and figure it out on my own. Again, thinking ahead and going above and beyond.)

I dropped $500+ for my 10,000 mile service, brake pads, and wheel balance. The good: - they fit me in a day early - they noticed my brake pads were shot and changed for me. - balancing of tires fixed my bouncing ride on highway - parts department is top notch The bad: (I drove off before checking, so hard lesson learned!) - I went in specifically for the tires to be balanced and decided to get my 10000 mile service since I was within 1500 miles. I got the service and they said my tires were under inflated and I had to specifically ask them to go back and balance my tires. Wheel weights were missing and I wanted it done. - put wheel weights over dust on tires, I think its pretty crappy/lazy that they couldnt take a simple shop towel and wipe off the dust before putting on wheel weights. - oil where they checked the oil was dripped on exhaust pipe and they didnt wipe off - brake fluid reservoir is leaking and I had to tighten when I got home and now I get to battle with them over a new cover because the fluid caused a small bubble on the cover. - "their wiping your bike down now and will be bringing it around in a minute" - oil on exhaust pipes, brake fluid around reservoir cap - that didnt happen. Not the only show in town and I wont be going back. $500+ doesnt come easy and I expect more for my money.
