I had my best experience with an auto service ever with this store. I recently bought a new vehicle and got a flat on my way to work. It was a Sunday so my choices were very limited on where I could get it repaired or replaced. After finding a place I wont name because they had one associate working there that really tried to help, I discovered my car had locking lugnuts and the dealership never gave me the key for them. This place I assume couldnt remove them for a good reason like a liability issue or something but made me feel like they just didnt wont to be bother removing them. So I had to leave my vehicle with a fully flat tire at this point at my jobs parking lot overnight. The next morning a friend suggested Discount Tire because of how impressed he was since they came to town. I called and the associate, Brent, was positive and upbeat and told me that they could take care of the issue easily. I went there and the store was clean well kept and pleasant. I walked in and talked to Mark who I explained the situation to. He was professional, positive and energetic and listened to my problem. He walked me through how they would fix everything. They remove all the lock nuts, rotated my tires, and repaired my tire which was salvagable, all at no cost. Yeah for absolutely free. The only thing they asked was that when it was time to buy a new set come back and to tell everyone about how good the service was and it was. Mark answered every question, explained that my tire could be repaired with no adverse effect, explained how my tires were wearing unevenly, and how to go about maintaining the rest of my tires which were still in good shape and what options to consider when I do replace them. I was blown away. I no longer plan on shopping elsewhere for tires, period. The service was amazing, the people utmost professionals, and the facilitys atmoshpere was extremely pleasant. I want everyone to give them a chance they deserve it.

This is my second time doing business with Discount Tire here in Florence. I came back because I was pleased with their level of customer service and reasonable prices. This time I was here because I just purchased a car from 5 Star Chevy in Florence three weeks ago and was already experiencing tire problems. They wouldnt return my call to help me remedy the situation. As soon as I pulled into Discount they came out in the rain and inspected my tire. I had actually ran over a nail with my luck but they fixed it for me for as close to nothing as you could get it, and in an expeditious manner. Most pleasant people Ive encountered on this rainy day. I recommend them to anyone in the area that values their time and money.

Blew 2/4 tires on RV trailer near Florence, 2hrs from home. Put on one spare and started creeping on 3 wheels toward Sams, where I usually buy tires. Limped up interstate at 40mph, listening to Sams make excuses for why they dont keep a common trailer tire size in stock. Looked up just then and saw a Discount Tire billboard. Hung up on Sams and told my phone to navigate there. They had 3 different brands of my tire size in stock. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off on 4 new tires, it took 40 minutes. Mike was super helpful. Very good business.

I bought my tires here after having problems with Blacks Tire several times. I have now had my tires for 6 months and had to go back several times because I seem to pick up a lot of debris in them. Between the rotations and the way that they honor their warranty I can completely recommend their services to anyone! They stand behind their warranty and are quick to get the service done. And their waiting room is clean and comfortable.

We stopped in Florence overnight on our road trip home only to discover a nail in our tire. I found Discount Tire on Google with great reviews and decided to go there. The rating is spot on. The customer service is beyond excellent, and they repaired the tire for free in a very reasonable time. Highly recommend this tire center if youre looking.

Amazing Service & Friendly Staff!!! Needed new tires on a 10 hour road trip with 2 dogs! Spoke with Brent on the phone. His positive energy was comforting and welcoming. As soon as we pulled in we were greeted and were in and out in less than 45 minutes. THANKS guys you rock!!!!! Highly recommend

These guys are awesome, I would highly recommend this specific store to anyone. I cracked my rim and these guys ordered me a new one, it was there within a day and they mounted and balanced it for me super quick. The customer service outstanding. They have definitely earned a life long customer.
