My boyfriend and I both purchased each a truck. Within the first two weeks of owning it. My windshield wipers wouldnt shut off. They did fix it, free of charge. Within 2 months, Ive changed my brakes and find out my rear end differential is leaking. When they ran my credit, it got sent to 8 banks. Goodbye 40 points on my credit score. (My sales guy told me they have one main bank they work with, not true, according to how many they sent out) Also, they had to "hand deliver" my prior loan check for my truck I traded in. Apparently, 27 days wasnt long enough for their check to get to my bank. The kicker, its also in Bismarck, ND. I almost had to pay for two trucks. Which one I no longer owned. It was a very stressful process dealing with them. I already had to have them fix something on my truck while I also invested money and now Ill need to take it in to the shop for the rear end. I tried calling jay to tell him about my truck. Not expecting him to fix it but to see if his guys actually go over the vehicles they get in. But after three days of calling, I gave up. I wont go back to do business. Either will my boyfriend who isnt happy with his truck either. I wont go into detail on his. He can make his own. I got a 2013 he got 2014. Ill consider this a very expensive learning experience.

My husband and I recently bought a vehicle from Rides n we will MOST definitely be returning to them for future vehicle purchases, as well as recommending them to our family and friends with no hesitations whatsoever! At every step through the process and each various staff member we worked with (Sheldon, Russel, Spencer, Matt, Ryne), we were VERY pleased! They were willing to work with us to find what we were hoping for and went above and beyond with their customer service! A couple of the guys stayed late on a Friday night, with sincere smiles on their faces, to close on the purchase. It almost felt as if they were extended family as they shared in our excitement with the new purchase! Never did we once feel like their solo goal was to sell us a vehicle, but they are relational and genuinely want to help you find what is best for you and your family; real people working with real people for a common goal! We cannot thank them enough for all of their patience and understanding with our specific situation in regards to purchasing a vehicle and are incredibly grateful for how AWESOME they were, they are and they will continue to be! GO RIDES!!!

DONT BUY FROM RIDES!!! I purchased a classic car from Bob at Rides and was completely deceived. They created a fraudulent YouTube video lying about the mileage and condition of the car. I blindly purchased what I was told was a restored GTO with a freshly rebuilt motor and 60K original miles. They shipped me the car and I was horrified when the trailer opened to a 101K mile car with oil leaks and a blown head gasket. I spent over 4K dollars repairing the vehicle just to get it running. After doing some research I was able to contact a buyer who had bought the car from Rides and returned it to them for false advertising a week before they sold the car to me. He went onto tell me that he informed them of all the mechanical issues and they simply washed the car and put it back in the showroom. After contacting the owner, Al Braun, with my complaint he advised me to file a lawsuit against them. So be aware, the owners and employees of Rides are crooks. They will out and out lie in your face to sell you a car.

Shortly after buying my gently used car from Rides, I did not think this is the review I would be writing. We had some warning lights on within 2 days of buying the car. To make a long story short and 3 trips to the dealer my bills were almost $1000.00. I went to Rides not expecting to achieve a whole lot. Kudos to Rides. It is easy to sell a car and make your money and move on the next customer. To show character and respect when things dont always go as planned is an unfortunate way to earn a customer, but earn a customer they did. I will not hesitate to give them an opportunity to sell me my next car. Thank You

Why wouldnt I give this place five stars!? I get to see people leave happy every single day in a new vehicle thats nicer than the previous one with less miles. The atmosphere is amazing and the showroom is absolutely incredible right along with the vehicles out on the lot as well! They have a little bit of everything for everybody from classic car collectors, exotic car drivers and beautiful family vehicles that will get you anywhere you need to go. Best part of it all? All vehicles are priced below NADA book!!

The experience I had when I purchased my vehicle from Rides couldnt have been any easier or more pleasant. They were very friendly, and still are even after the sale was done. They were willing to deal with me on my trade. And they were extremely accommodating and went out of their way for me. I mainly worked with Ryan and sales and Ryan in finance, and thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with both of them. Great place and great employees. And best of all.....I LOVE my car! :)

Matt is a great sales guy. He was honest in regards to the car I was initially interested in and was knowledgeable about the first car I was interested in. He also brought in Ryne to help answer questions in regards to the car I purchased. Spencer also seemed easy to work with and provided some helpful knowledge. I also felt Al was knowledgeable and fun to visit with. Everyone seemed fairly easy to work with.

This is the Worst place to buy a vehicle. The salesman will not allow you to test drive their vehicles but instead will give you a ride in them and abuse the living hell out of them. I got a test ride in a vehicle and all the salesman did was rod on it and slam gears, I dont even know how the vehicle drives under normal conditions. Would not recommend buying from them.

Inside the store, there is no variety whatsoever. Every car is either a race car, or a expensive show off car. Nothing from the years later than 1972, other than the brand new Challengers and race ready Camaros. None of the beautiful cars from the 70s and the 80s. Other than coming here for a free soda and some popcorn once in a while, I never come here.

I bought a 07 yukon and it has been a nightmare trying to get it back in running order in other words an electrical nightmare I have spent over 1k bucks on it and its still messed up they wont do a damn thing for me Evan tho I only owned it for 4 months now because its over a thousand miles I will never buy from them again because they sell junk!!!!!!

Terrible sellers! Called about a Grand Cherokee - Salesmans story changed three times when I asked about prior accident damage - do not trust these people! your better off contacting a local Jeep or other brand dealer than dealing with thieves like these! undisclosed damage is criminal not to report! Youve been warned STAY AWAY!!!! FRAUD!!!
