My review and feedback is based on my experience with Ken Stoepel Ford’s Service Department. The professionalism and courtesy extended to my family and I by your staff is beyond anything I have ever experienced by any service group I have ever worked with. To be clear, we were on our way to a funeral, an already stressful situation, and then broke down, albeit by my hand, in Kerrville. I called the dealership in Houston where I purchased my truck and was instructed to take it immediately to the nearest dealership. Ford dispatched a tow truck to take my truck to Ken Stoepel Ford in Kerrville. I had to leave my wife and father at the gas station where my truck was towed from because we did not all fit in the truck. Your service team, led by Tommy, sent a driver to collect my family and bring them back to the dealership where they could wait comfortably in your waiting area. They assessed damage to my 2012 Ford F-250, coordinated with Ford to ensure everything was done according to their requirements to ensure my warranty remained intact and then spent quite a bit of time explaining all required repairs to me until I completely understood what was going to happen. Tommy and company then organized a rental vehicle for me. They knew that rentals were in short supply so the called around and put me on waiting lists until they found something for me. They had National send the vehicle directly to your dealership to pick us up. I have to tell you that I was pretty upset with myself as the issue with my truck was a direct result of my pumping unleaded fuel into my diesel truck which was aggravated when the tow truck driver put the truck in neutral to load it on his tow truck. This engaged the fuel pumps which quickly changed the picture for us from a repair perspective. Tommy, however, quickly moved to help me keep things in perspective, advising me that the issues with my truck could be fixed no worries and that I could trust him and his team to take care of that. Tommy further said, that we should continue our journey to be with our family during a very difficult time. Long story short, we went on to Midland picked up some of my family then went to Dallas for my cousin’s services. We paid our respects and were there to provide moral support for my cousin’s husband and children who will now have to go on without her. We returned to Houston without issue and all I had to do was simply wait for my truck to show up, which was something else Tommy organized for me. A driver to bring my truck directly to my house and that same driver returned the rental I had been driving. My truck was returned to me before I even made payment, further demonstrating that your service department was entirely focused on repairing my truck and helping us through a difficult time. My family and I will be forever grateful for the professionalism extended to us by your service department. Tommy in particular has my gratitude and respect for kindness he extended to my family and I. I drove almost 4 hours to Kerrville (from the Fort Worth area) to purchase a new ford truck. Why? Because Ken Stoepel Ford had not only the vehicle with the equipment I needed, but at the right price. To my surprise when I arrived everyone was extremely nice to me and my 82-yr-old father whom was the reason for buying the truck. Andrea is the salesperson that helped us get the deal done. I was amazed how easy she made the process of buying a vehicle. Once my were done with the paperwork, she rolled her sleeves up, came out and helped my father and I moved everything over from the old truck to the new truck, and believe me there was a lot of things to move. The old truck was a farm truck with lots of greasy and messy tools, but Andrea did not care.She just got in there and made it easy for us. I have bought several vehicles over the last 30 years, but have never had as wonderful of an experience as I had with Andrea and her dealership Ken Stoepel Ford Lincoln in Kerrville, Texas. Definitely worth the drive.

Purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer in August 2015. Our salesman, Logan, was very patient with us since we wanted the Limited trim and certain other options on the vehicle that werent readily available. Logan was able to determine that a vehicle that met our needs was on a transport headed to Kerrville. In short, all our needs were met. We had a very positive purchasing experience and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Ken Stoepel Ford to anyone. Everyone at the dealership that we came in contact with was extremely courteous and treated us with a great deal of respect. Since the purchase, we have had several follow up calls to ensure our satisfaction with the purchase and to offer assistance with any questions we might have. I also have used the service department at Ken Stoepel Ford for another vehicle. I have had the same positive experience with the service department as with the sales area.

I purchased my 2011 Ford F-150 EcoBoost at Ken Stoepel Ford. Most of my transaction was conducted from my internet inquiry and it was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. My salesman & Internet Manager was Michael Rodriguez. If every vehicle salesman was like Michael the world of vehicle buying would be a better place. Michael is very polite, patient and a great listener. We will be replacing our car in a few years and Stoepel Ford is where we will go. The price was the best anywhere. They treat you right! The Finance Manager Tom Hinkley will do a great job as well for you. He is very knowledgeable and will insure you get the best of financing. I was pre-approved with another company and decided to finance with Ford. The deal and extended warranties are great! Mr. Stoepel also met with me. A great guy who owns a great dealership.

Logan Landens friendliness, knowledge, honesty, and outright efficiency was the most memorable and valuable part of my purchase at Ken Stoeple Ford dealership. Logan worked overtime, physically searching the lot and online for 2-3 days for the truck that accommodated my familys wants and needs. Not only did he do this search at his own discretion in advance, but when the day came to sign the paperwork, he stayed at the dealership almost 2 hours after his shift had ended to ensure the finishing process was completed smoothly and correctly. Logan was there by my side every step of the way answering any/all questions I had and was very patient and kind throughout it all. 10 out of 10 for you, Logan Landen! I recommend seeing for yourself exactly how knowledgable and professional this young man is.

We were looking for the new 2012 Explorer at all the dealerships in Texas via the internet. Andraea at Ken Stoeple Ford was the only sales person to contact us in person. All the other dealers just sent us emails. When we spoke to Andrea over the phone and in person, she was not pushy. You know how sales people can be pushy when they dont have the vehicle you want. They try to get you into any vehicle they have. Not Andrea. She was very helpful and we told her what we wanted and she came through. Everyone at Ken Stoeple was very nice and helpful. Next time I buy a Ford Im driving to Kerrville. It was a bit of a drive, but well worth it! Thanks Andrea and Ken Stoeple Ford for the most enjoyable car buying experience.
