Embarrassing! I have over 20,000.00 in bank and because your machines picked my card to malfunction and decline a perfectly good card, which I had been using all day elsewhere. No problems anywhere but whole foods, I was told, card declined! Even asked to call my bank for the whole foods cashier and confirmed everything on my end was good. Understand that your machine decline my card, its a computer, capable of error but for whole foods to, put me on the spot and not except responsibility for such malfunction in the machine was unprofessional first of all. And second, the cashier wasnt concerned at all that I was publicly humiliated in front of other customers waiting in line by his comments. May I make a suggestion?- In the future when a good paying customers card is not accepted in your machine, by no fault of the customer, that your employees simply say " Im sorry, the machine is not able to read your card for some reason" Rather than "Sorry your card is denied" "Nope sorry still saying your card is no good" I ended up having to pay cash My total was over $171.00 I will never use whole foods again for my vitamin needs Thank you, Julie Rohel

Excellent selection of suppliments. It was not easy to find a staff member that knew the details on strengths of certain products. But if you do some internet homework, its a good option. I know most people prefer Whole Foods, but they are so far and a pain in the neck to find parking is you use the Cherry Creek store. I needed some specialty items and had to use my iphone to do research because I didnt trust the information the clerk was spewing. Didnt make sense and good thing I did more homework. He was wrong. I think this type of store needs to get more serious about the persons they have providing information. Id like to see them kick the requirements up a knotch for example have an expert the equivalent to a pharmacist. Im sure they make the lions share of profits off of suppliments.

Ive ordered cakes from other Whole Foods and so know from past experience that they need two days in advance. I called to order a cake on a Tuesday morning for a cake I would pick up Thursday afternoon at this location and was told that "they need two days and this would not give them enough time." After reminding her that it is Tuesday and Thursday is 48 hours/2 days away, she said it did not matter because the cake decorator wouldnt be in until Wednesday. They should probably change the policy to 3 days if they are not actually able to make a cake with 2 days notice.

Its a Whole Foods. If you havent been into a Whole Foods I would question whether or not you live under a rock. This Whole Foods is no exception. Same corporate set, high prices. Good hot food bar and salad bar. Above average selection of meat, cheese and seafood. Over priced produce that you could get the same quality elsewhere but are now paying a premium because its "organic". All criticism aside, we all know Whole Foods does things very well while we all wish we didnt feel like we needed a 2nd mortgage every grocery run.

I was looking for a specialty item that the grocery stores didnt have, and neither did your competitor. Chestnuts. Fresh and in the jars, thank goodness! I called ahead and the girl knew you had them. And when I asked for assistance the grocers paid total attention to my question and said they would find them and they did. Unlike the "oh, yes, go to aisle..." I got elsewhere. Everyone else is nice and helpful and knowledgable. Thank you. Kathy Grant Golden

This is my favorite place to shop. The food is great and there is a wide selection. I even get my Cats favorite cat treats here (natural purzz). They have the BEST milk and chocolate milk ever here (from a local colorado farm)!!! It comes in glass bottles, that you can return for $1. I would HIGHLY recommend the milk!!!! There are a lot of other products in addition to good food.

They had Sriracha guacamole today at the salad bar and it was phenomenal! This whole paycheck also has a great indoor/outdoor eating area. It can get a little busy but the pre-made breakfast and lunch foods are always tasty and probably much healthier than nearby alternatives. Also, the last time I bought oysters the seafood guys shucked them for me, which was really nice.

Great store- very handy and great to have it there. Not sure about others, but I find it clean and staff is very friendly. Never have a hard time finding what I need and my salad and dinner bar experiences have been great. Thanks and wish people would quit bitching so much on line and if they have an issue, talk to the manager and give live feedback!

Friendly staff and environment. Whenever I was unhappy with a product they were happy to refund it and even let me sample a few alternatives. The employees know a lot more about the supplements and food than your average grocery store employee. Love it here!

Been a few times, its very small and very limited selection. I cannot do a full grocery run, as today they were out of bagels, pita bread, etc. I also got some soup from the hot bar, and it was terrible. Skip on to the next whole foods if you can.

Good butcher... Great selection for a smaller store. Other areas are lacking. Produce, specialty items. Bakery is incredibly small. Prepared food section is good. Overall not a bad store.

They have the only fish in Colorado that is fresh and delicious. Their fish guys who do the smoking of the salmon are beyond incredible. Ive never had better fish in my life!!

Shady business practices by entire organization especially with regards to Wild Oats purchase, arrogant and unhelpful staff and worst of all my pie was frozen on the inside.

This whole foods is cozy... Its a converted Alfalfas Market from long ago and doesnt have the same Costco feel of many other whole foods locations.

Its a nice store, the bakery is great but there were flies landing in the food bar which was pretty gross. The cashier was very friendly.

Its a small WF so its pretty cramped and has limited selection. Theres only one salad bar thats okay at best, but staff are friendly.
