Josh, Rob, and crew did a great job with the menu selection and superior quality of food for my retirement catering. The hot turkey and roast beef sandwiches were awesome and three types of salads (fruit, Autumn couscous, and Mediterranean veggie) received more compliments than I could count. Additionally, the Chantilly cake blew everyone away. It was even competitively priced compared to other caterers, and for what I believe was better food. This would have easily rated 5 stars but for one thing -- we were not told about the "4 hour rule" from oven/refrigerator at Whole Foods to serving, where after this they remove the food and either throw it away or take it home themselves. I expected us to be able to take home the leftover foods to serve that weekend, since wed paid for it. As we were finishing up and cleaning up the reception hall, we looked around for the extra food to take home -- it had vanished! It would have been easy to have them ask before the 4 hours was about to expire "What would you like us to do with the extra food, since the Health Dept says we cant serve it after xx PM?" I had assumed that once purchased, it was ours to finish at home. It would have been easy to store and put in our cars (it was about 30 degrees outside) for the quick ride home. It was an unnecessary disappointment following a great retirement ceremony -- one that they could easily have avoided by either discussing beforehand or addressing at the reception hall. Since we are rarely in the position of having events catered, we werent experienced in asking all the "right" questions beforehand. I mentioned this to their catering manager, who seemed somewhat ambivalent to the suggestion of having that be a standard question to ask when planning and purchasing were taking place.

Thanks to Rob Allen and Whole Foods Market for catering to our daughters pre-wedding event at Crooked Willow Farms in Larkspur. Everyone in her bridal party is a fitness competitor and Rob helped me select low carb entrees and food items for both evening dinner and breakfast the next morning, The girls absolutely RAVED about the scrumptuous food selections that Rob, along with his staff, prepared for them. I cannot thank Whole Foods Market enough for your high class level of catering and service delivery to our family given their unique diet restrictions! Whole Foods, we couldnt have made it through the weekend without you! Youre the BEST and will always refer our friends to you!

Breakfast Burritos - they used to be one of the BEST in town. Unfortunately, no longer. Before: They used to be full of fluffy eggs, strips of bacon and diced potatoes. Now: Youll be hard pressed to find egg in it, bacon is "crumbled" and its mostly crumbled potato. It seems they are trying to save money by stuffing it with potato, mixing in minimal amount of egg and sprinkling in some bacon crumbles. Not sure who made the call to alter one of the best breakfast burritos in town, but if they were wondering if anyone would notice - the answer is yes - it didnt go unnoticed. Unfortunately, it wasnt for the better.

Over priced, but what is new. Wanted a 29 day aged steak. Counter help stated he can not cut the slabs displayed in the refride case behind the meat counter. Tried to sale us a piece of beef in the display case that was, obviously, not aged beef (the smell will tell you). Then the counter help gets beligerant with us when we tried to educated him about cuts of meat. He insisted a bone in rib eye was aT-bone. I noticed the lack of customers in the store at peak times. I also noticed the lack of customers last Friday during peak hours. Colorado Springs north Academy... you have problems.Thank the good Lord for Sprouts.

We ordered two 1/4 sheet wedding cakes from WF but when we went to pick them up, we got 1/2 sheets. We were told we could "bring them back and well correct it if you pick it up tomorrow" by the bakery manager. I spoke to Pierre, the store manager, who asked me what was needed to make me happy. I told him Id try to get the cakes into my fridge if he would refund the difference, which he did. I did have to drive all the way back to the store (about 30 minutes) to get the refund on my CC but it all worked out and the cakes were great.

Always check your bill. We made a purchase of number items and was double charged for a bag of organic coffee. the checher said the machine scanned twice, but that was a lie as, if it was as he said it would have listed the coffee twice on the reciept, but it was listed as "x2" which had to be keyed in. In other words, he scanned it and then hit the "x2" key. It was doubtful that this was an accident as the reason the checher gave did not match what was reflected on the bill. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BILL at whole food .

Absolutely love the selection and customer service. As usual however, the only things I will nitpick about is the temperature inside during the summer and cell service. Whole Foods is notorious with confusing the whole store as a meat locker and this is no exception. When its cool, its cold as ice. Additionally, if you have a carrier who uses CDMA (Verizon and Sprint), youll have occasionally poor or nonexistent service in here, and your data speeds will be VERY slow.

I used to look forward to visit Whole foods, but lately, the experience had not been good. Most of the products are way overpriced but with the large selection I enjoyed browsing the store. The last time we visited though, we had the buffet lunch and the food was just not good. The grilled vegetables were under cooked, and the coconut fried chicken I had was burnt and has no trace of coconut taste in it. It was disappointing to say the least.

I always go to Whole Foods if I see one, and with living in Colorado Springs for a year, this Whole Foods was my go to. My boyfriend and I are both vegan, and they cater to vegans in almost every department. They made us countless vegan pizzas, got us our weekly 40lbs of bananas, and answered any questions we had in the vitamin department. Everyone there was friendly and even took the time to know us! Will always recommend this Whole Foods!

Had to be escorted out of the store to my car because my emotional support puppy was wrapped in a blanket in the cart. The manager I believe Chris escorted me all the way to my car so he could "sanitize the cart". The cart that I had found in the middle of the parking lot prior to shopping subject to birds and all other animals? Dont bring your support or service animals here, they clearly arent welcome at this particular establishment.

This store is large with beautiful produce section! I like the variety of gluten free products and the knowledge of the staff! I thought the store on Powers was the same...NOT even close in all aspects. That store is extremely small, produce section is tiny, and one can smell the quote "fresh" seafood which smells putrid. If you want to shop the better of the two stores, go to N. Academy!
