Not a fan of this location. I have used both the Alliance and Southlake locations and this one is sub par. Banfield only takes drop offs on Saturdays because they are too busy? I do not trust dropping my dogs off for a vet visit. Things get over-looked or not done and they arent thorough. 2 Saturdays ago I had to drop my dogs off for their routine dental cleaning and it turns out they decided to give one of my dogs his Bordetella vaccine 2 months early. They said I signed for it when I signed off for the treatment plan, but that is not true. If that were the case they would have done BOTH dogs and not just one and they cant offer me an explanation as to why. I dont believe in these vaccines and only do them when I have to (read up on them). I also asked on the treatment plan to have their nails trimmed, but did they do them? Nope. Really it doesnt appear like they paid any attention to the treatment plan that they said I signed off on! Same type of experience with the grooming salon. I am surprised Flower Mound cant perform at the same level as the Southlake or even the Alliance location. They also tried to charge me for some antibiotics to take home after the dental cleaning. Really? These people are just here to take your money. Rude staff and unapologetic. Very disappointed.

We leave our dogs at PetSmart about every other month, with the longest stay being two weeks. They love it! They are excited to go it, and equally happy when we pick them up. They are fed, warm, and clean, and we receive a progress report to know how they did. The workers know our dogs by name, and the dogs wag their tails when they see them. It is a positive experience all around. It is a bit more pricey than another boarding place in the area, but the one time we tried that one our dog came home soaked in urine with his tail between his legs. It took him a week to recover. PetSmart every time now! It is as much of a vacation for the dogs as it is for us. Sometimes we even take them in for doggy day camp just to play. We couldnt ask for a better boarding place.

We left our precious dog with them one time to many. The last time we left him when we got home he was in terrible condition. We took him to our vet and the vet told us that it was almost to late for him. I contacted their corporate office and was referred back to the person that manages the boarding in the Flower Mound store. According to her nothing happened to him. Please if you care of your pet dont leave it with this Petsmart. We had left him there before with good results but something has changed in the store and no one will take responibility for it. As for the star rating I would have left none but it was a required field. My rating is actually "horrible".

Dr. Kordis Was the absolute worst vet I have ever had to visit in my entire life. Aside from the fact that we were there for a total of 2 1/2 hours she couldnt explain anything to us. She read everything about our dogs condition strait out of a book. Didnt put anything into to laymen terms or a way we could easily decipher. Couldnt make up her mind about a course for treatment. Couldnt make a decision about anything. And finally decided to refer us to another clinic only now she cant seem to fill out a referral form!!!!

The grooming from PetSmart gets a great BIG FAT negative for my two dogs. They refused to bath or cut my little pom after being there for 3 half hours. A simple phone call should have done earlier then that. The staff certainly do not know what they are doing at all. I tried to give them second chance. I will never return again.

Ive taken my little guy here twice for grooming, and he leaves clean, looking great, and HAPPY! I was nervous because he is scared of everything, but they do a really great job with him. I love that the groomer sends you home with a report card, and the pricing is fair for the amount of work they do.

I just want to make it a point that just because your dog became ill, it has nothing to do with petsmart (possibly, but possibly not). I hope that youre not just trying to place blame out of grief because if 9x out of 10 your pup was okay... then it probably wasnt the hotel.

I took my puppy here and he stayed at the pet hotel. He usually has trouble adjusting after he stays somewhere over night, which worries me about how hes treated. But here hes happy and when he comes home he eats like he normally does and is just overall in a happy mood.

This PetsMart has a number of rescues that have adoption events here and its great to see a store support the local community like they do. This place has all you could need for your pets and if youre lucky you may just find your new best friend here.

Asked for an exit bath. Picked up at scheduled time and our dog reeked of urine. They refunded the price of the exit bath that was requested at dropoff and I bathed him after a long ride home with everyone holding their noses. Substandard.

Banfield Vets are always smiling and kind, they remember your visits and always offer reassurance when things look glim. Aside from that, the store always has what I need for my dog and puppy, always handy when I come here to shop.

Nice folks. They take great care in chopping my elderly dachshunds toenails. Hes a tough customer, but they always succeed in making sure hes cared for. His nail trim is $10 well spent.
