Disgusting. Im a ferret lover and the ferret cage is kept in a completely disgusting manner. It looks like the litter box hasnt been changed for days, and with 4 ferrets thats a really big deal. Theyre living in filth. Im already not a big fan of how Petco houses their ferrets, but this Petco easily takes the cake. Aside from that, the store itself is nice but the employees are lazy and just stand around talking rather than doing something around the store or watching the counter to see us a customer wants to check out. Find another pet store or another Petco, just avoid this one.

I went in to buy a goldfish for my daughter to replace the one that just died, before my daughter got home. When I asked for the fish I was interrogated on the size of my fish tank. I told the employee that I had 2 fish in a 10 gallon tank, she told me,"no you need 10 gallons for every fish in the tank, because they grow to be about a foot long." I pointed out to her that she had over a hundred goldfish in her 10 gallon tank and by her assumptions they would all be dead before anybody bought one. She still refused the sale.

Smells so bad I wanted to cover my face. 3 employees all standing up front acting silly. I had to wait for one of them to break free to check me out. I asked how they stood the smell and the unanimous response was " you get used to it." Perhaps if you spend some time cleaning it wouldnt stink. I will not go back to that location. Check out Highland Village for a different experience.

These guys are the best! They have items that I havent seen anywhere or in other Petco stores even. And they have some true fish/amphibian experts!!!! Also a very well, and diverse stock of fish to choose from. I suggest this place because of their attention to detail, new products, and the extremely friendly service and detailed advice!!

Employees are irresponsible and Playing around the whole time. Place smells like death. Reptiles were in horrible conditions and neck high in feces. This place needs to be shut down.

I LOVE ANIMALS SO BAD!! One time I went there with my sister Jacinda and we saw a cat named Ariel and she was ADORABLE she loved me and Jacinda! =D

I really like their cat litter. It works great, seems to control odors & you can buy the 30 lb. refillable bucket & refill it for only $10!
