Terrible experience have been a loyal customer since they opened never went any where else. Scheduled appointment weeks in advance proceeded to take day off of work and show up early for appointment to have them tell me they can just bathe and are a month out for a groom. Never will go there again would advice to find a different groomer terrible location and terrible customer service.

I had a great experience, in and out quickly, and I definitely felt me and my dog got my moneys worth. 6/5 stars. Also, the remodel looks and works great. Temple Grandin would be impressed. Probably. She would.
