The people at this location are great! Super friendly and happy to help you find what ypu need. They recently added a self serve dog wash room in the back and gave me a free dog wash coupon when i signed up for their rewards program. The dog wash area was super clean, 3 different shampoo options, conditioner, towels, rubber aprons, and those super high power blow driers. Our Golden Retriever (Romeo) really needed a bath so this worked out great. Bring your own brushes, everything else you need to give your dog a really good bath is provided. So close & convenient, I will definately be back.

I normally take my dog to PetSmart, but they closed earlier and so I tried Pet Supplies Plus. Best decision I ever made for my dog. I came in late (around 8:30) and everyone there was so friendly and helpful and kind. It was easily some of the best customer service Ive ever gotten. They were also knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed, since Ive never owned a dog before. They also do nail trims for 8 dollars which is hella cheaper than any other place. She also took the time to show me how to do it myself at home. Go here. Best place ever for pet supplies.

Today was the first time Ive been here. I called ahead to ask if they had a sonic bark collar, which they did, and I came in to get one. The young lady who helped me out was so knowledgeable and polite and cheerful! She even let me know I can just use human clippers on my dog instead of buying the expensive pet ones. Saved me $40. Their prices were very reasonable too. Im definitely doing all my pet shopping here from now on!

Dillon, the store manager, is incredibly knowledgable as is their entire staff about pet nutrition, pet care, and almost anything you need to know about how to take care of your animal. Every time Im greeted with a friendly and professional person there. You can tell this isnt just a job for them, its truly something they enjoy and take pride in doing. I wont shop anywhere else after going there!

I went to this store as another option for fish and fish products, but after seeing their fish tanks I was disgusted with the amount of dead, rotting fish that were in their tanks! What live fish they had were feeding off the dead fish and the water quality was terrible! Ive seen better tanks at Walmart! I was in disbelief that a "pet loving" place could be that inhumane! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Exceptional customer service. Employees are all very knowledgeable, and often offer advice for those with questions. Always have great offers and discounts going on. They offer great brands for those who desire healthier pet food, but national brands as well. This place is awesome. They have some of everything for ALL your pets big or small, the prices are great and the staff are friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. I only come here now unless its something incredibly specialized. But they can order mostly everything. They have a lot of things that arent on display that they can get to you with their next delivery!

Ashley is always so helpful and knowledgeable every time I come in with questions about foods etc. She is a great asset to Pet Supplies Plus. I take my dog there to get nails trimmed and bathed. They have always done an excellent job and whats great is on Thursdays they do free nail trimming for your dog. Their selection of food is fantastic and the prices are very competitive but should you find a lower price in a local store all you need to do is tell them and theyll match it!

This is the place to come shop for your pet supplies. Every time I come in here, no matter what time of the day, or who is helping me, they always exceed my expectation on their quality of service. So happy Pet Supplies Plus is in the area now! I used to have to buy all of my canned food online because she gets high quality food that isnt carried at the other pet stores in Lewisville. They have the best customer service and the staff is very knowledgeable in pet care and nutrition.

Can I give more stars? When these guys came to town we switched from petco and have never looked back. 10 star customer service whether its a question about my dogs or showing my daughter some neat fish. Im always happy to give these guys my money.

They are the best fish store ive ever been with . they well help you get your fish tank right . and if the fish are too aggressive for your fish tank you can take them back then and exchange the fish for better fish. That well fit your fish .
