I take our family pet here for grooming mainly out of convenience and price. They treat him well and do a fair job, however today we were greeted by a new and energetic groomer. She took our Sunni into her arms and talk to to him and calmed him and listened my concerns and wishes. She assured me she would take good care of him. I got a call in half the time it normally takes. I went right away to get him. Brandy brought him to me and to my surprise he looked amazing!!!!! He looked exactly how a schnauzer should look and even more importantly he was happy. She asked if I was pleased an if everything was ok. It was more than ok. I would highly recommend this talented young lady. She listened, she was very caring with our pet, and good at her job. We will be requesting her from now on. Thank you Brandy.

Amazing experience! I went in to get some treats and toys for my newly adopted dog and was greeted by extremely friendly staff and a great assortment of treats and toys for both cats and dogs. I perused the items and chose a large bone found on clearance for an amazing price. When I started checking out the bone rang up for 13 dollars (10 dollars more than the clearance said). I talked to the kindly woman ringing me up and she said that she would honor the deal although a customer had placed the item in the wrong bin. So I get amazing selections, a courteous and kind staff, and a 13 dollar bone for 4 dollars! I will DEFINITELY be returning here in the near future! Thank you to all who work there and make my experience at your store amazing!

Very disappointed in this store. I arrived today with the hope of buying a few fish for my aquarium. Unfortunately, shortly after arriving and inspecting each tank, I noticed pretty quickly that a couple of the Cherry Barbs had Ich. It was blatantly obvious, the two smallest absolutely coated in it. Not only were these fish not quarantined, but they were put together with other fish!! Every fish in that tank is now susceptible to this parasite. Its totally irresponsible to keep them with other fish, but to sell these fish to their customers is, in my opinion, unforgivable. Ich outbreaks are hard to get rid of and can be fatal to your fish. This store has lost my services and I will no longer be buying my fish from Petco.

Pet groomer, Lindsey, was extremely rude! We walked in and she just said hold on, she say at her phone for a few minutes and finally said "What do you want." She asked us how we wanted our dog cut and then bent down, not even talking to the dog, an started running her hand through her fur. She said your dogs hair is too short. I told her i just want the face trimmed! She grabbed my dogs ear and jerked her around my dog growled at her but the groomer didnt pay any attention to that and then kept poking around on my dogs face then my dog finally snapped at her and she was like ouch im not cutting your dogs hair, she almost bit me!!! Its her own fault for not even talking to my dog!

the fish are always sick and sad looking, live insects are always dead in the cups they sell them in, and you get haggled by employees to donate to the shelter even if you said "not today" overall the store is clean and doesnt smell bad like most petcos but overall its still a petco and the staff is generally unknowledgeable about the animals like most large chain pet stores. their aquatic section could use some work and they need to learn how to take care of their reptiles. if you can, go to a local family owned pet store. It might be a little more expensive but you and your pet(s) will have a better overall experience.

Its a reasonable pet store. Its slightly dirty here and there, but its not that bad. Itd be great if it was cleaned up, though. Theres somewhat of an odor in there that could be fixed without the harming of animals. The prices are great, and the rewards system is awesome. OCCASSIONALLY, there will be a sick animal, sadly, likely due to poor hygiene, but its not the worst hygiene in the world. Its MUCH better than that. Its somewhat slightly cleaner that a Wal-mart, and the pets are usually a lot healthier than the fish you can adopt at some Wal-Marts Ive been to.

Love this location, so much more spacious and modern than the location on 288. The grooming salon is fantastic too, I always take my dog there to have seasonal trims done. The staff is super friendly are very dedicated to working with the animals. My dog Fredo always comes out looking and smelling fantastic. My wife and I are really relieved that this location has opened and look forward to taking Fredo in next week in fact!. Definitely try out this place for sure! -Chris

The store is extremely small and cramped, and frequently understaffed. However, the staff is very friendly and often apologetic for the length of our waits. Several times though we have been overcharged for mislabeled fish. None of this is the employees faults, however, as there seems to be someone different in the aquatics section every time. The prices are generally pretty high but there is a pretty good selection for being such a small store.

Very rude staff! The old grouchy lady on the register was just plain in a bad mood and did not care to sell us crickets... She said they were half dead after freezing - -I did not know it was freezing inside their PETCO store. We were so excited to have Petco open close by but the experience has been terrible. The clerks are rude and the manager is never there... Not sure how such a big company can allow this mess. Very disappointing.

Petco sells fish shipped in from huge fish farms aimed at quantity not quality, so your fish arent always going to be as well taken care of or as sturdy as a fish from your local family owned per store. Last time I was in they had mislabeled their fish and I got a flowerhorn for $8 so cant complain about the lack of knowledge cx Also Ive noticed a few other people mentioned the ich and dying fish, ive seen it too.

Lindsey is our "go to", groomer girl! She works MAGIC on our beast of a Golden Doodle! Good, good work at a reasonable price. Grateful for a snuggly dog with clean nooks and crannies!
