Horrible, I have been here several times since they opened for numerous things. I have a 9lb havanese puppy she is a very sweet girl however unlike my last experience with my 60lb Catahoula they did not let me back with her to get her nails groomed. She has separation anxiety as she was a rescue. After I was assured it would be fine if I left out a very unprofessional woman came out to tell me my baby girl is vicious and that she was banned from coming back again. My baby was fine when I was there when I left they muzzled my baby girl and fought with her apparently. I am sorry but I do not muzzle her at home of course she will freak then on top of that she is around strangers only! That woman should not be working with animals she has no common sense about her to tell me my baby girl who does visits to the local nursing home to visit elderly is vicious lol seriously??!! I will make it a point never to go back and to let everyone I know not to go to this one as they hire people who just want a paycheck.

Went in to purchase a product advertised online for $39.99 and at the store it was $69.99. Was told some stores do price matching and to go to check out and ask. Cashier went to ask the manager and they said no. We said ok, we will just order it online and get free shipping then, walked out and wont be shopping at Petco ever again. Products we had purchased were not made with quality and are more expensive then other pet stores so I wouldnt waste my money here.

Signed up for the 6 weeks lessons for dog training and it was completely awesome! My 6 month old lab was such a trouble maker but now he listens and sits like a pro! The classes were fun and the Trainor worked around my schedule which I loved cause Im a busy person. Would definitely recommend it!

Food and selection may be good but the groomers are inexperienced with young adult dogs. They called me back because my dog did not want to get in the kennel, they deccomened I have her put on drugs so they can handle her better. I will not be coming back to this location.

Worst manager ever. She was extremely rude to my husband when he asked if they would price match their website. I noticed she has multiple complaints. When we complained to corporate, they were just as rude. Will not be using petco ever again.

Overpriced. Check your supplies on Amazon 1st for a fraction of the price. Good for emergency animal supplies. But if you know what you need and have time shop Amazon prime.
