I was a previous customer of this office, and was very please with my experience, up until today. In the past I had no vision insurance, yet have still purchased several pairs of glasses from them in the last few years at my own cost without any complaints. This time when I called to schedule an appointment I asked if they had anytime Monday "around 1-2ish available" and she quickly responded they were closed then, to which I asked her what other times were available. The lady then asked if I had insurance and I told her yes, since I do now, and she asked what type. When I told her she snapped back that "we dont accept that insurance". It seems like I was nothing but a burden for calling and asking for an appointment, or as if she was looking for reasons why I couldnt be seen. Their website even stated "If you have an insurance we do not normally take, we will fill out and submit the necessary forms for you." Displeased is an understatement, and I will not be returning.

Dr. Detwiler and her team are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and really take the time to get to know their patients. I would never trust my eyes to anyone else! They provide so many valuable services without taking up too much time or money, and all done with a smile. The best in Tally for sure!!

I was leaving for a trip and they offered to make my glasses while I waited. They were done in 15 minutes. Fast and helpful. (6 years ago) thanks for the free nose cushion! i saw the same guy that made my glasses, but he was 6 years older. :) (today, 2017-06-28)

Great experience, excellent customer service. I received my new lenses in less than a week and paid much less than I did at sears last year. Eye-I-Deals gave me better lenses for cheaper than Sears "high end." They were prompt and friendly and do great quality work.
