We purchased the extended warranty on our lift chair because we knew there was a good chance we would need the upholstery coverage as it was going to be used by and elderly person that smokes. And we were right. So we called the service department but despite calling on different days at different times, no one answered or returned our calls. After 4 months of calling and leaving messages with no results we finally went into the showroom where we were called liars. They woman who helped us (and I use that term loosely because she was very rude and not very helpful, acting like my simply existing was an in convince to her) simply couldnt believe we had called because "customer service is a priority and they are very good at it". She couldnt have been further from the truth. Once we finally got in contact with someone they refused to honor the warranty saying it was non transferable. Dispite the fact that the person whos name was on the receipt was the person requesting the service, they refused to honor it because someone else had used the chair. Who buys a chair but doesnt let anyone else sit in it? So please dont do business with this company as they are backhanded and dont stand behind their products or warrantys.

We were issued a credit card several months ago. We decided not to purchase a lift recliner for the older person, because the older person we were getting it for wouldnt be able to use it after all. On 01/04/14 we went to the store in Westminster, chose two recliners from a WONDERFUL sales person, Lenny. Lenny then informed us her store manager said it was store policy to put 10% down. We tried to explain we had a LA-Z-Boy CREDIT CARD which didnt require a down payment. We called GE Capital, the card issuing agency, which said that was totally false. Then called the corporate office, who also stated that was totally not true. We finally received a call back three days later from the manager, after corporate called her. First Connie pretended she didnt know what was going on, then she told us again it was policy, Finally, she admitted it was a mistake on their part and told us if we came in we could still receive the sales price and the whole amount would be put on the credit card. Do they get some extra money if a customer chooses credit? I dont like being lied to. I would still like to purchase two recliners, but it sure wont be at that store. Ill go to a different location.

We ordered a recliner online as a gift and had it delivered to our home. The recliner doesnt actually recline and it was determined by this store to be the manufacturers fault. No big deal until they told us that since we ordered it online (through their store) that the only thing they could do would be to repair it if we bring it in. We were also scolded for ordering online instead of going directly to the store. I will NEVER purchase their product again, and will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this location.

I recently purchased a leather reclining sectional sofa. One piece was defective upon delivery. We immediately were contacted to have it replaced. Over two months later we are still waiting for our replacement piece. I wouldnt but anything else there because of this. The couch is otherwise a very nice piece of furniture but the leather is paper thin.

We went to so many furniture shops and decided to buy here at La-Z-Boy! The furniture was great quality and we had so many fabrics to choose from. Great prices and a great sale! Dean McVay helped us each time we went in and when we purchased. Great guy to ask for help and very patient with us and our kids :)

These guys are great, my Aunt custom ordered a couch that typically couldnt be returned, and Jim the manager worked with us to exchange and get her what she needed. Great customer service, and the couch she ended up with was super comfortable. Highly recommend.

Younger lady with long dark hair was very rude not helpful and made our experience one where we left immediately. Wont ever go there again. Left and spent over three thousand dollars at wonderful Amish store close to there.
