This store has horrible customer serivce. I found it hard to even give them 1 star but one needed to clicked on to make this post. The only person I would talk to would be Skip if I had to step foot back in that place ( I plan never to go to Colo. Casual again) Unfortunately he was not there when I went back with a order of a chair that I was unhappy with. I wanted to exchange for another, not a refund. I would have to pay a 100 dollar re-stocking fee. I had the chair less than a week. I only wanted to exchange for another. Then I found out I didnt even have to order this chair when one was on the floor. I could of bought that one instead of waiting for 6 to 8 weeks for a chair which I thought would match my furniture. Like I said I did not want a refund a exchange would of been good. But paying the 100 dollars to restock and the rudeness of Jay Conn and apparently the phone call to Jeff Morrill (owner) from which I could only tell by the way Jay was answering him, when I was in hearing distance was not to make the customer happy just basically get rid of them and plus pay 100 dollars restock fee even if they want a exchange. Dont go to Colorado Casual. ** Update on my visit with Colorado Casual, I received a call from David Morrill 3/10/17 he is the son of Jeff Morrill (owner) we talked about my problem and he made good on the chair and the re-stocking fee. I went back in Monday 3/13/17 when Skip was there.

I have to disagree with other reviews Ive read. My experience at Colorado Casual Furniture was great. I had done quite a bit of research on the dining set I wanted to purchase not only for product quality but also for price. Colorado Casual Furniture had the set for a full $500 less than I found other places. It took very little time to complete my purchase and they even held the set for three weeks until I was ready for delivery. When the set was delivered it was exactly what I ordered and they were on time and very careful not to damage anything. The set came in two finishes, Mission Oak and Rustic Oak. I ordered the Rustic Oak at the urging of my friends, however when it arrived I was disappointed. It was not going to match the way I had hoped and after reading the online reviews of the customer service at Colorado Casual Furniture I was hesitant to call and try to exchange it. I made the call anyway and was glad I did. Jeff was very understanding and said he did not want me to be stuck with a piece I didnt love. I had to pay a re-stocking fee but that is to be expected with any large purchase. I was happy to pay it and get what I truly wanted. They were able to bring the new set to my house the same day and take the one I didnt love back with them. I recommend checking this place out if you need any furniture and I will certainly consider them for my next purchase.

I purchased over $6000 worth of furniture at the store. I absolutely love the couch and loveseat we purchased. But, I paid over $800 for a recliner that swivels and rocks. This chair is very poor quality, and it squeaks and creaks with every movement. There is no way I can rock my granddaughter to sleep in a chair that makes so much noise! When I try to call to discuss resolution, I keep getting the runaround. Three weeks ago I was told that the "customer service team" was on vacation, so I should call back in a few days. Two weeks ago I was told that DAVID (apparently he is a customer service team of one) was back from vacation, but he was out to lunch, and I was told to call back later. When I called back, I was told that DAVID was back from lunch, but that he was unavailable and I should call back the next day. When I asked how I was ever going to get this situation resolved, The woman I was on the phone with stated that she would give him my information but that she doubted he would call me back and that I should call back the next day. This situation is still not resolved. It is very frustrating.

I DON’T recommend this store. To respond to the owners cut and paste replies - "Our simple request to a grown man to stop playing on the lift recliners (recliners intended for the disabled)". The man he treated so disrespectfully was shopping for a family member who is diagnosed with Astasis. HE WAS NOT ABUSING YOUR FURNITURE. From what I saw, you abused him verbally and that is why his daughter cussed you out. You would not let them leave the store without getting the last word. You sir are not a profesional! Maybe if you approached or spoke to people with respect you would not look so foolish. Stop making excuses for your poor customer service skill and your ignorance. I stand by the fact this owner was wrong and needs to learn customer service and people skills!

Unreal experience..... The man claimed to be the Owner as he insulted someone and insisted they couldnt afford the furniture. This was a family member of mine. He was told to leave the store and that he was ugly. Just going to help move furniture and was like save the money and we got a nice sofa at American furniture warehouse. Better Value with Jake Jabbs! The response from the owner is to save face. No one was playing on furniture. We were looking to purchase for our family. This gentleman will certainly treat you in the same manner and accept your 1 star review as well. To make up we were playing on handicap furniture is a petty attempt to save face. Wow!

My husband and I purchased bar stools and a couch from Colorado Casual. Jay Kahn was our salesman. He is wonderful! He didnt pressure us. He let us look and try out furniture at our own pace, but was around and available to answer any of our questions. I highly recommend this store because of Jays customer service and the furniture is high quality (the couch and bar stools still look brand new and they are several years old) compared to other mega-chain furniture stores in Denver.

Jay the sales person who helped us was very patient, he help us with our dining room and kitchen tables decision for several visits. The prices were fair, and the selections of solid wood furniture was exceptional. Delivery and set up were quick and efficient and the gentlemen that worked in our house were professional. I look forward to doing business with the people at the Westminster store again.

My wife and I went sofa shopping which included a visit to Colorado Casual Furniture. We were greeted at the door by a friendly sales person who was very helpful without being pushy. We were able to test all furniture including my 12 year old who loved the recliners. Overall a great experience. We also liked a lot of the furniture and felt it had a modern look and feel it was reasonably priced.
