We were looking for a kitchen table and some other furniture and have looked everywhere. Kristain in furniture was an amazing help. She took our contact info and helped answer all our questions. She was very kind and helped us every time we came in to look around. She brought gave us a lot of information and kept in contact with us through email and phone without being pushy. Gave us really good advice on our purchase! Definitely ask for her help. Ended up opening a credit card with them since they offer really good rewards and money back which we can use in store.

I am an admittedly tough customer, I expect a level of service in line with the prices of the products and Abby and Laura at Crate and Barrel delivered. My verano couch just arrived and its beautiful, exactly as expected. It did take a while for production and shipping but it was a custom order so it was actually completed and arrived within the estimated time frame. Abby and Laura were very patient with me checking on the order status to ensure it arrived on time. Thank you!

Very poor experience with the staff at this location and a company as a whole. Take the time to look around there are a lot of better options out there for quality and aesthetics. You do not get what you pay for here, high prices for cheap materials and craftsmanship.
