Buyer Beware!!!!! I purchased a live edge walnut table and the top finish is horrible. It scratches when you take a wet cloth a wipe it off. I called Woodleys months ago and they sent me to there warranty department. Ha What a joke after 6 weeks of run a round I was told the only way they could fix the table was to have it picked shipped to the manufacture and refinished and sent back. He never said I would have to pay for it, I said ok. He then said that I should call Dave the manager of the Fort Collins store and Amy my sales person. I just called the Fort Collins store and Dave told me I would have to pay for it. No one ever told me that I would have to pay for it until now. They claim that scratches are considered damage on my part, it is normal wear and tear at best. DO NOT BUY from Woodleys they have very expensive furniture and THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL. They also are more interested in a commission then disclosing that basic maintenance when you buy a 4000 table. I bought a table,I can not use daily because just wiping it down daily scratches the table, and jack in the service department told me that. My neighbor bought the same table and her finish was wrecked in a couple of weeks. DO NOT BUY THIS TABLE SAVE YOUR MONEY

Top rated! 10 stars! Shopping at Woodleys is a very pleasurable experience. They have a large selection of quality furniture in each department, all very tastefully displayed and they allow you to take as much time as you need to without pressure. Paulette greeted me on my first visit to Woodleys. She was very welcoming and asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for. I told her we had just moved here and I had a lot of projects on my mind. She did not follow me around the store but graciously offered to answer any questions or provide assistance if I needed it. She has become my go to person and has always offered good suggestions and advice, very pleasant and professional. My shopping trips to Woodleys have been very enjoyable. I also appreciate the professional delivery service. All in all, Woodleys is my favorite! Thanks for providing quality, professional, friendly, shopping!

My husband and I were searching for a table to go in our entryway, and we were so happy with the selection at Woodleys! Marilyn, the sales representative who helped us, really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find exactly the right piece. We are first-time home owners, and we were so excited that this would be our first piece of furniture for our new house. It is absolutely gorgeous - we bought the McKenzie Console Desk in GAC finish. It matches our cabinetry perfectly, and it is totally the best place for stashing mail until were ready to sort through it! We plan to return to Woodleys for future furniture purchased. We recommend Woodleys and Marilyn!

I could not be happier with my purchase. I love the furniture and truly love the quality of my Smith Bros. sofa. The best part of the entire experience was working with my sales consultant, Dee. It took me approximately six months to decide on the furniture I wanted to buy. Dee was incredibly energetic in working with me. She had boundless enthusiasm to work with me each time I changed my mind about which fabric I wanted on the sofa or chairs. I would buy from Woodleys in the future because the sales staff is so helpful. The brands they carry are excellent quality without busting my budget.

I had this I recline for almost yr when I noticed the " shellac" was bubbling and wearing off on the chair arm.. Woodleys came to my home to repair t h e one arm and noticed the other arm was doing the same. They did their best to repair but nothing was working. They called the company that made the chair for two new wooden arms. It took some time. They did keep me informed during that time, They took my chair and had it repaired and back to my home in 2 days. Great service, nice people to work with. Great furniture also. Love my chair.

My wife replaced all of our living room furniture recently. Dee Motz was our salesperson and she was awesome. She helped us come up with a design that would work for our room and worked with my wife to determine the best fabrics and color combinations. We really couldnt be more pleased with our selections. Dee was very responsive to any and all questions we had about or order from placing the order through delivery. I couldnt recommend her more highly, she was a delight to work with. Well done Dee!

After a few visits to Woodleys showroom in Longmont looking for patio furniture, my husband noticed a reclining glider and ottoman that he loved! Since this type of chair wouldnt work in our sunroom, I surprised him with it for our anniversary! Needless to say not only was he surprised but thrilled he will be able to relax after a busy day at work in complete comfort! Our salesman, Monte Henneke, was very helpful with the purchase of this piece of furniture!

I have about a dozen pieces of custom-made Woodleys furniture. Its solid and very well thought out. I was also able to specify custom options that were easily taken care of. I recently had an issue with a wood split on my desk. I emailed Woodleys a photo, and they quickly replied with a replacement offer for the bad piece. It was a quick turnaround; the installers were super nice and did a great job. Im a big fan of their custom made furniture!

Their quality is second to none, yet their prices are quite reasonable for what the value you receive. The sales person Sherry was fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, with no pressure. Rhonda is our sales associate. She is wonderful! So far our table that we purchased has had nothing but wonderful compliments as well as our for sofa and coffee tables and an entertainment center. Last week my jewelry box mirror arrived and it is one of the most beautiful pieces of furniture I have seen. Quality of work as well as the warranties are outstanding! Highly recommend Woodleys FINE furniture to anyone who would ask!!
