Awful customer service! I purchased a bed frame in early June. Upon opening it up the frame was cracked and jeopardized the the support of the bed. After three trips out there and receiving a wrong power lift. The feet were also not matching and three weeks later the manager said theyre getting matching ones BUT I have to make another trip out to the warehouse because theyre unable to ship them to my apartment. The manager Ive been working with was rude to me over the phone when I was trying to get compensated for the multiple trips, weeks of going back and forth, etc. My wife spoke with him, and he showed the same rudeness to her and spoke to her with a condescending attitude. We love the bed but as for customer service, absolutely terrible.

Went here during the morning hours soon after they opened and had everyone wanting to help us. Thats great and understand that is their job, but then some sales guy starts eavesdropping on our conversations and we didnt like that.
