There is absolutely no way I would ever consider buying anything for my house from this place. My girlfriend warned me at how expensive everything was, but I was so amazed at how rediculous and outrageous the prices are on the (mediocre quality, at best) furniture and simple home accessories. $1800 FOR A PICNIC TABLE that looked like it was built out of driftwood?!?! The prices are so insane that I was walking around the store just bursting into laughter at every single price tag I looked at. It was truly unbelievable. If anybody tells you this is a reasonable place to shop and that they got a "good deal", theyre lying. I would actually laugh at the suckers that buy from this store. $800 for a bean bag??? LMAOO Atleast it was entertaining! Thanks for the laugh Restoration Hardware!

Great furniture if youre into rustic, earth tones, distressed stuff. Some real style. Service wise, sales was great, but they pressured me to drive up from Colorado Springs to pick up furniture quickly after buying it. They told me they needed the space. A few days later I rented a truck, and called to let them know I was coming. They told me they might not be able to help me pick it up today and they couldnt disassemble the table I was to pick up because they were unloading delivery trucks. I said, well, I already paid for a rental truck, and they said, well, we can put it out for you,and you can take it apart here. Not impressed.

Great finds in this store, but horrible customer service. It is a long drive for me to this store and when I call to ask if they have something like a media console the woman on the phone said you would have to come and look for yourself. I told her it is a long drive and I want to make sure if there are any there before I drive all the way there. She said I would have to call later and maybe someone else would tell me. I used to get emails of the upcoming delivery and they quit doing that. I have been to this store many times and the ladies seem to be put out if you ask a question or for help. The customer service is terrible!

Restoration Hardware is kind of overpriced, but the outlet has some good deals, particularly if you get them on sale. Sign up for their email list to find out when theyre doing sales, but they seem to do 30% off the entire store several times a year and other 30% off sales in select departments. Many/most of the items are damaged - some worse than others. Some might have cracks and scratches; some might have components that are missing completely. The employee that helped us voluntarily checked over the item that we were buying to make sure we were aware of anything that was wrong with it.

Im completely amazed that this store is still open. From what Ive experienced its a large store filled with various pieces of large furniture usually sporting excessive damage and high price tags. The employees are few and far between and less than helpful. Not impressed and wouldnt recommend or revisit.

Great selection of beautiful pieces :-) significantly lower prices than the regular store. Great and friendly service. Kimberly assisted my husband and I with buying a table(at a magnifice price!). She also let us in on the store specials, which got us an additional 20% off! Would definitely recommend!

A lot of unique one-of-a-kind pieces of furniture here if youre looking for that right piece of furniture for a great conversation piece this is the place to come to. Dont expect services to jump out at you but Im pretty sure they can answer any questions you have.

Like another review said, they take the worst from both brick and mortar and Internet stores and combine them. Returned a gift here and they called customer support for us so that we could get a gift card in the mail rather than giving us one in the store.

This is my all time favorite home store. Outlet prices here are great. There is a big selection of items from furniture to bedding and decor. Customer service is always good, everyone is helpful and friendly.
