Try to get somebody to look up from tapping on their computer to help you. Ashlee Lampshire could barely pull herself away, to give mostly unhelpful answers, and reluctantly try to locate items on the floor. Weirdly snotty service fo a store that stocks nothing and orders everything from the website. 4 weeks or longer ship and they implore you to buy from them, because... "its local" but will ignore you until you pull out your credit card so they can order online for you. Found the same item from another website, saved taxes, since it wasnt local, and didnt have to deal with snotty arrogant "service." Get it together guys... happy to buy local but try to be friendly and helpful so we want to. Dont hire unhelpful condescending people like Ashlee to leave a sour taste making it a pleasure to buy the same items online elsewhere.

Ive know about Design Within Reach for a long time from the catalogs but finally realized what a great resource the store is. Going in, its a bright friendly place and the staff seems passionate. What I really liked seeing was the quality of the pieces in person. I also learned how much more they can do like special fabrics or colors on some pieces and things that are never in the catalog or on the web. Great resource for Denver.

The manager of the store, an older woman with short grey hair, is unschooled in using the computer, unwilling to match other dealers policies on free shipping and prices and generally is difficult and un cooperative. Its best to go to this store with great things when she is not there.

DWR - amazing studio, so glad we have access to such amazing pieces here in Denver. I recently furnished my new flat with about 90% DWR furniture, accents etc. Huge shout out to Amanda, shes very on point and honest when helping design the interior of any space. Thanks a million!

I had a very poor experience. We purchased a sofa in California. My husband didnt like it--it was too short, uncomfortable. He called to have it returned and we never received a refund, he called the store daily but nothing. The return policy is a joke. We are out $6000
