Favorite Thrift Store to shop at! I heard about them and started going when they were originally in Commerce City a couple years ago. When I found out they were moving up the street from where I live that made me even more excited. They have a variety of name brand shirts, jackets, jeans, shoes, etc. and its usually all great quality (little to nothing of rips, stains, discoloration etc.) They only accept cash and dont have changing rooms which are the only two downsides of their store (it had always been like that, even when they were in Commerce city) but I wear spandex under my bottoms and a tank top under my shirt so I can find a non busy spot to try on the clothing before buying it. Ive never had a problem with the employees not allowing that so feel free to do so, and check them out!

NOTHING IS SIZED!!!! No returns or exchanges, CASH ONLY!! You can spend hours sorting through racks and racks just to look for few items. They dont seem to have hardly ANY small sizes, but a handful. All the toys are prebagged in stapled clear bags with toys so you have to get 10 other toys you dont want if you want just one specific one!!! Some FURNITURE is definately OVERPRICED for being used. Close way too early! 6pm???? Most people get off work @5 and that gives no time to shop!!! They announce closing only 15 minutes prior to closing. Parking lot is full, but they run everybody out by turning off half the lights in store 10 minutes b4 closing!!! What the heck?? Idk...big store, but workers seemed RUDE and eye everyone like theyre a THIEF!!!

Where do I even start, we went in today and it has been almost a year since I last came here with my parents. Well blue and green tags were 50% off I did NOT see ONE blue or green tag on the whole store. Mostly everything is overpriced for a second hand store, they do not take card or checks only cash and theres no fitting rooms so theres people trying on clothes out in the open since who wants to buy something you cant return; they do not accept refunds. Only reason I rate 2 stars instead of one is they do have a full store! Theres a lot to look at and if you get lucky youll find something good for a decent price and staff is friendly! Plus, if I were donate somewhere this would NOT be it! Where does Mile High Thrift Stores money go anyway?

When you arrive at the store on Wednesday which is senior day or Saturday which is half price day on all tags but the current color, everything is clean, neat and orderly. Within ah hour the store is trashed by people who are sloppy and too lazy to put things back. Parents allow their kids to run wild and play with the toys as well as open packaged toys and then just leave them wherever they feel like. I suppose if its okay for the parents to do it then why not the kids. It makes me wonder how these people live at home! Its unfortunate that it has to be this way because the store itself has a lot of good bargains. The cash only, no dressing rooms and no return policy make it difficult to buy clothes.

This place is a mess! Its like a tornado swept through the store and the staff havent realized it yet. Its very unorganized, stuff thrown everywhere with little room to maneuver. Im curious as to how the employees homes are kept if they allow this store to look the way it does. Large crowds of people who suffered a lobotomy or have no idea what manners are make it worse. Walking into this store is like walking into a dump and yes, Ive been to several dumps and know what Im talking about. I love checking out thift Stores every once and awhile because you can find some pretty interesting things. Theres no dressing rooms here and if any item is missing a tag/sticker, said item will not be sold.

OKAY, I HAVE TO SAY THAT I DO LIKE THIS STORE AND HAVE FOUND SOME GREAT STUFF HERE..... HOWEVER, THEY ARE CASH ONLY. I HARDLY EVER US MY CARD BUT I WAS SHORT A FEW BUCKS, SO I USED THEIR CRAPPY ATM. WELL, THAT DIDNT END GREAT AT ALL. THAT ATM IS CONNECTED TO SOMEONES PERSONAL COMPUTER OR SOMETHING BECASUE AFTER I USED IT SOMEONE COLLECTED ALL MY CARD INFORMATION!!!! I WOKE UP ON SUNDAY READY TO DO THE NORM AND I HAD ZERO MONEY LEFT IN MY ACCOUNT. I WOULD HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER USING THEIR ATM, THERE IS SOMETHING GOING ON IN THAT STORE THATS NOT RIGHT!!!!!!!! I HOPE THIS DOESNT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE BECAUSE THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE TIME TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

We always shop here and can find good deals. I do still like to have good customer service even if its at a thrift store. I wanted an item that was priced but had rubbed off as I was carrying it the girl was very rude that was going to ring me out. I told her what the price was ahe pretty much said "we dont have a vacuum for that price" I felt like I was being called a liar. She then told me she cant sell it but in a rude way. I wasnt very happy and gave attitude back. What she should have said was " Im so sorry we are unable to sell this item we have to reprocess this" instead of pretty much telling me to eff off"

I enjoy shopping at Mile High. I love that its cash only, it keeps me in check. People say the prices are high, but its much better than shopping full price retail! There are so many new and barely used items, and its great for vintage finds as well. And I love that the clothes are not seasonal, I needed wool skirts and sweaters in the summer for my daughters mission. They had them! None of the retail stores would be carrying things like that right now. The staff has never been anything but nice to us and with the 50% a color tag every day, you can really find great deals.

Lots of clothes to choose from and helpful staff! Several huge railings of clothes to choose from. They have had several registers open every time Ive been at least 6 open at once. I have never had to wait more than 2 minutes to check out here. Only gripe is that they only take cash. The solution I found is Green Solutions across the parking lot, if you pay with card there they round you up to the nearest 5 and give you cash back! You can then go purchase new pants here. I also see them sell a lot of sombreros here, which is pretty cool.

Ive been going here for years, but after last week, I wont be returning. I was accused of attempting to steal something by rubbing off the permanent marker on a price tag. Clearly an employee had just forgotten to write a number at all, yet the two very belligerent ladies at the counter talked down to me like I was some kind of common thief in front of my friends and several strangers, and refused to provide service to me. Very embarrassing and infuriating. Not worth going back after that.

The only reason that this got 1 star is so people can read it. This is a horrible store with a horrible assistant manager the fat blonde one. I went in and bought a DVD player and took it home and it didnt work so I took it back not to get my money just to get something else that works and the assistant manager said that all sales were final so make sure If u buy anything electronic wise to hook it up and make sure it works. Because they will rip u off and not care to make it better.
