3 bad experiences here. We ordered an item, and it didnt come on time. No big deal, we went back a week later, they sent the wrong quantity. Thry also took about 40 mins to locate thr order and call management about the error. Said we needed to ship it back so they could send us the right quantity. Weve ordered these from other Staples before and we know they come in bundles of 50, so why send back 50 so they can send it back with a second bundle. We needed the item, so they said to take the 50 and come back in a week and theyd have the full order of 100 for us. We went back today and they did not have the full order for us, just another half order, so this was a huge waste of time with no compensation. While we were there we were going to pick up ink, since they have dozens of signs all over their ink that day 110% price match guarantee. They agreed to price match best buy, but not beat it by 10%. Cashier says thats only if its out of stock, which nowhere in the fine print does it say that. It says they match competition and beat it by 10%, but they will not. We will not be shopping at this Staples (or maybe any staples) again

I went to Staples today to pick up some things, most on sale. I had 4 pages of things printed out to buy and had made an reservation for one of the items. I got an email today saying that my item was ready for pick up. Going through the store I found only a few items that were on my list. I went up to the service desk to ask for help. After standing there watching 2 employees talking, and another helping a person who arrived after me I finally said are you going to ask if I need help. I got told they didnt have the first missing item from my list. I asked for help on a few more locations. Out of the 4 pages of things to buy, they had 3 of the items on my list from their sale ad. Its Tuesday, so their ad has been on for 2 days. Insane. I almost expected the .25 cent items to be gone, but not all the rest of the items. So I asked for my order that I got informed was there. One girl looked and then had to call a manager. My order was not there. I gave up, said they could put my few items in my cart away and left vowing that I WILL NEVER RETURN TO STAPLES.

I was put on hold and forggoten about. Stayed on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. Cant find a human to talk with about redeeming points. It seems incredibly difficult just to reading two dollars worth of stupid points. I cant look it up in the store, the register assistant cannot look it up. So I have to go to the website download some form that tells them how many points I have and then show them on my phone. This is too much troubl redeeming points. In reality, all they have to do is keep track of it in their system like Walgreens does. Absolutely ridiculous and absurd.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I turn in a order to have a small booklet duplicated and enlarged. I dropped this off on 1 Oct 16 which was Saturday. I called today 7 Oct 16 at 430pm as I havent heard anything from them all week on the status of my order. After being on hold for 30 min, they came back and said they had their hands full and would call me back. After not hearing from them, I headed to the store. When I got there, the guy there couldnt tell me anything about my order and when he found it, there was nothing done at all. What a waste of my time. A hole week and nothing done at all. The customer service was none Existent!!!!

The worse staples I have ever been to....their copy/service center always has dome type of issue or fax machines not working. If theu are behind on work they will tell customers to come bavk or wait 30 mins or more for service even though all employees are not actively working on the issue or any issue/problem at the time assistance is needed....GO TO OFFICE MAX.....

Tried to call with a question regarding getting my computer serviced, got put on hold each of the 3 times I called, until their machine hung up on me. I know I must be crazy to call back 3 times and spend a total of 21 minutes on hold, but I thought they were actually interested in providing a service and obtaining business.

The Copy Center is fantastic! Almost every time I go in -- theyre swamped. Even so, they make sure to attend to my needs. Ive worked with all three of the associates (Jen, Chris, Ryan) and they really go above and beyond.

Dont trust them with your printing needs. Same day printing means that if they feel like it, they may get it done. If not, youre out of luck.
