This was one of the most ridiculous experiences in my life. I needed to pick up a computer from the Geek Squad - a 5 min task. I arrived at 8:00 pm the store was quiet except for 2 people at the Geek Squad counter. Within just a few minutes the mother and daughter who were in line told the man, who joined the line just a few minutes before me, that they had been there since 7:20 pm. The one person that was at the counter soon came out of the back and took a tour around the store, doing what? no one knew. He even had time to stop at one of the other check out centers and check out a customer, then visit with the person. The man in line started calling to him that we were in line and that he needed to get back to us. He slowly came over disappeared behind the curtain and was gone for several minutes. I called out to the 5 clerks who were standing around doing nothing, the store was not busy, that we needed assistance and that the people at the front of the line had been there for 1 1/2 hours already. A second clerk showed up and started to help the man. Much to my dismay they both were purchasing or had phone problems. The two clerks took over 45 min helping the 2 people and seeming to teach them how to use their phone, I had spoken to a clerk when I first arrived and she had informed them I needed a simple pick up. My three year old grandson and I left the store at 8:59. Once the two people were waited on it took 3 min to get me my computer, tell me about it and for me to leave the store. I understand about line, but what about customer service and common sense. I live on the far south side of town and Best Buy is on the North side. To justify the process the clerk told me they only have one computer for their business, and that it often takes more than that amount of time to get checked out at the Geek Squad counter in Pueblo, Colorado - Buyer beware and make sure you bring a book and leave the children at home unless you bring lots of toys.

I have had 3 poor experiences at this BB. I will make the trip to CS or use an online retailer. The stores layout is very strange compared to the BBs I have been to all over the country. I had rude customer service when I phoned to ask if they had bunny ears or something of the sort so that I could watch the Olympics. Today, I went in for an iPhone 6s case and a zagg shield, the person helping me could not be bothered to find the 6s cases, put a 7 case on and told me it would be fine "they are basically the same size." it didnt fit right and I wasnt about to pay 40$ on something that didnt fit right. The only reason why I am giving it a second star is because the people who helped me pick out a case the second time did their job... they up-sold me a 3rd accessory and convinced me to get the better zagg shield. A) I like seeing people actually do their jobs even if it is up-selling to me and B) it actually saved me money. ALSO, it seems a bit bogus to ask for 8 bucks to "install" a zagg shield and otter box... my carrier does it for me all the time and the only reason I didnt go to sprint was because BB was on my way. Overall what I was purchasing today was the same price as competitors and had a decent selection but with the bunny ears, competitors in the area were cheaper and had a selection.

There super overpriced compared to online venders. Over staffed. Under educated and there extended warranties are a total farce. I bought $100 keyboard from them and it stopped working one morning I brought it in and they took one look at it and told me "you spilled pop in it we cant help you" Called me a liar in front of other customers, made a fool out of me and voided my extended warranty I paid $30 for. I brought it home I plugged it in and the keyboard worked fine so maybe it accidentally came unplugged Im not sure but it wasnt even one week old and only used it twice. The head geek out the Greek squad didnt even simply plug it in to see if it even works he just assumed. insulted me, trashed my warranty and nothing was even wrong I WILL NEVER buy anything from Best Buy ever again & frankly theyre not even worth my time to write A bad review about. Best Buys deserves what it gets. And I know this behavior is a reflection of the upper management. If this sorry excuse of a company has stock and you are a stock holder you have been advised. If you dont see a problem then you deserve to hold your piece of the pie.

I needed a protective screen for my Samsung Note. I picked the Invisible Shield I found and headed to the mobile section for it to be installed. I noticed the two sales clerks were already busy with two customers. I waited for about a good 15 minutes or more, however, one of the sales clerk did something in between those 15 minutes I thought was very considerate: Darla looked at me with a gentle smile and said, "I will be with you in a moment and Im sorry for the long wait." Darla installed the Invisible Shield with care and perfection. While she was installing the Invisible Shield, at one point, a small conversation between her and the other sales person developed regarding lunch breaks. Darla should have finished work over 30 minutes ago. I told her that I was sorry to have caused her to work overtime. She said very pleasantly without any remorse that it was okay. In my opinion, Darla demonstrated unique customer service skills and professionalism. Very often we are quick to write negative experiences and less is credited to employees who go beyond customer service. KUDOS to Darla.

This was the worst Best Buy Ive ever been to. The lack of leadership and enthusiasm by the staff is disgusting. I look online to see about an iPhone 6s Plus it says available for pick up. I call to make sure. The guy says yeah we should have one. I then proceed to go to the store wallet in hand. But when I get to the cell center counter. The lady ignores me while sitting on her computer then in a rude tone asks do you need something. I say yes I saw you have an iPhone 6s Plus she then turn around and shuffles through her cabinet and turns around and says no we dont I said would you please update the website. She then replies that isnt my responsibility. Finally a young lady working the counter then explains well we havent had them for a while someone called earlier as well and we have an issue with the system. I said ok thanks so much for your help. If I could I wouldnt even give them a half a star. The only reason they get a star is because of the very helpful young lady that stepped in. You need more happy and helpful staff if you wanna sell electronics.
