My husband and I just went in to check the upgrade eligibility on our phones since we were in the area we had an associate, Kevin who helped us upgrade to new phones and new accessories. He put on the phone cases for each of our phones and sent us on our way once the store closed since it took some time for my old phone to update. This was a Saturday night, so Sunday comes around and we did some shopping, found the same cases at a fraction of the price... immediately we took off the cases and bought the other ones for half the price. Monday comes and we happen to be in the same area again so we had our receipt and cases with us- we go into the store just wanting a price match for the items. We were greeted my Keyandre and we ask him for the price match, he calls his managaer Melissa on the spot and tells her what we want, then he hangs up and says he does not have the ability to do the match Because there was no manager there at the actual store but we can come back the next day and try to ask for it again from the associate that originally helped us (Kevin) or the manager Melissa. I explained I did not live in the area and would not be able to come back again so we would just rather return the items. Keyandre just stood there with his mouth agape staring at us blankly. So I hand him the items still in the package and the receipt. He proceeds to inspect my case and comes to the conclusion there is a scratch on it and its now damaged and does not qualify for a return. He sends pictures to Melissa and she agrees the scratch makes it non refundable. I let him know that their associate Kevin put the case on my phone and I had not inspected it prior to leaving the store and the scratch was on the inside, and I had only had the item in my possession for 48 hours and on the phone for 24. But obviously they didnt want to give me my money back so my husband just returned his and I asked for the corporate number. Keyandre said they didnt have one and refused to be helpful whatsoever so we left and I found the number myself and made a Complaint against the associate and the manager. They have zero customer service all I wanted was a price match in the first place and it escalated to this just so they can scam people out of their money for very overpriced items you can find anywhere else for more than half the cost. The receipt says you have 14 days to return the items and I was just there but this whole store runs off of grimy sales tactics and scams for things you can find at Best Buy or Walmart way cheaper. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. Ever. Save your money and your patience trying to deal with incompetent people who work there just standing around catching flies with their mouth open staring at you. This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a sprint store and I will never step foot in here again. Melissa is a terrible manager if you can even call her that, you can tell by how she carries herself she doesnt care about anything and the associates follow her lead. Very poor customer service at this store.

This is the worst Sprint Store. If i could rate it less than 1 star I would! They have NEVER been able to help. This time I needed help to activate an old phone (until our contract is up & a new one can be purchased) and as soon as I showed the phone they said it wont activate on the network. I knew this temp phone has been on the network 2 months ago. I asked them to try and supposedly they got an error. I got my temp phone back and went directly over to the Sprint store on Austin Bluffs (the one in front of the Wal-Mart). When I told this store what i needed & showed the old phone not one word about it not being able to work! Hey and guess what....that old phone now has service on Sprint. Bottom line.....dont go to this location! Take an additional 5 minutes & go to the store on Austin Bluffs!

Worst Sprint store in Colorado Springs. Disrespectful representatives. Not to mention liars. I Took my phone in to have it diagnosed. I did not have a phone for four hours. When I picked up my phone I was told nothing was wrong with it. I still had the same issues. Nothing was fixed. I know they ran diagnostic because when I called customer service they were confused as to why that store did not replace the phone that evening. The report from diagnostic showed the issue, but the representatives lied to me and told me everything was fine. Do not go to this location! The Academy and Woodmen location is much more worth your time!

Horrible customer service!! Went in to talk about changing plan to cheaper option for family. Was told about new policy, and that they could help me in store since wasnt primary. Gave me info from website, which I told them didnt help me. Then second guy (who was sitting on counter) started talking to me with the opening line of....its all the customers fault that the policy has changed. Have worked in customer service for the past 8 years, and you never tell the customer that it is the customers fault. Second person gave major attitude. Never going back to this store, even though 5 minutes from house

I officially hate Sprint now. This repair center is about 25 minutes from me and I had to drive here THREE times and leave my phone for an hour and still no help. My phone will not charge. Itll be on the charger all day and all night and itll only say 66%... Ive bought a new battery and new USB cords and its still not working. When they test it they say its fine and there is nothing they can do. Clearly Im having issues. I wouldnt drive all out my way to leave my phone for a hour for no reason. I pay insurance and still no help, I cant even get a replacement. Never will I go back to this store!

If I could put 0 stars And write a review I would. Never going back to this location! Was looking to switch from T-Mobile to Sprint. Asked for pricing compared to our current coverage and possible options to help save a few bucks. What we got was a rude attitude and only offered a matching plan that was more a month. Never offered any other plans guess thats all they have to offer. Didnt get the short hair blonde girls name. But warning to all to stay clear! Went to another carrier and got the information and a plan that worked. Will stay clear of Sprint in the future.

I was canceling my T-Mobile service and signing up for two new phones with sprint. I walked into the store and there were several people in front of me and I had to wait about 20mins. The people working there were extremely polite and consistently telling me that they will be right with me. There were several people, most likely like the complainers writing reviews on here, who were angry that they were not helped faster then they wanted. It took a good hour but I walked out of the store happy and with two new phones with no issues at all.
