I just returned to my car after walking into Staples in Monument Colorado. I was looking for a keyboard tray that could Mount under a desk or table. I could not locate one, so I asked. The young man at the counter turned to ask another woman. The womans name is Georgina. She said she had no idea if they had any and I could try ilse 24, "but whatever". She then told me she was on lunch and didnt have time to help me. I let the two of them know that this is not the first time Ive come into this Staples location and been met with such poor customer service. While the employees, on the surface are friendly, they have no idea what they sell in their own store. Ive actually had to look it up on the internet and show them. More and more, Staples and its competitors are not interested in providing office supplies rather theyre turning to greeting cards and decorative notepaper. When Staples closes due to competition from Amazon and others, they will have no one to blame but themselves.

This is a typical Staples store. Great if you cant wait for shipping. I dont understand how this chain is still in business (not a knock on this specific store). Every time I go in the store there seems to be more staff than customers. They are super friendly but there are a lot of them around.

I had sent over my document for printing and for some reason it was printing oddly, the team was so wonderful and diligent in making sure everything was printing clearly, and was ready in time for my pick-up. Such amazing customer service and product quality! I highly recommend this location!

Went here to print out some posters, service was really affordable, incredibly fast and the products came out great, every time. Very clean atmosphere and very nice employees. Great store.
