While the staff was friendly, that is about all that was good from my last experience with them. Normally my family is very satisfied with RAC, however this was our first visit to this particular store. The paper work was filled out onine, and I picked my laptop out within 5 min. We sat in their store for over an hour while they input the info and then while they searched the store for a charger, not telling us at first thats what was going on, then they offered a loaner but then as were about to finish up we discover that the loaner is already rented out, so we went home empty handed waiting for a call. Then called that they found one, and upon arriving BACK at the store, I was told that unfortunately the charger actually did not work, so I again headed home empty handed. EIGHT HOURS LATER I had to call them to find out what was going on and they were waiting for someone to drop off a loaner. Going in at opening and not receiving anything until after 7 pm!! There is NO communication between the store and customer. One week later Im still waiting for the laptop I purchased and now after calling them to find out what is going on, I have to wait ANOTHER "week or so" until they have a new charger delivered. All it wouldve taken was a call to let me know what is going on and I would be much more satisfied.

Save your money and time. Watch out for the Optional Liability Waiver. Its a waste of money and no matter how many times you tell those people you dont want it they will try to make you pay it anyways. Check your contract. If it is on your contract then make them print out a new one showing your payments without an optional liability waiver. They will lie to you over this. Also I would like to inform to those whom it may concern that if you are moving and you are still renting their product, rent a center/ Aarons or whom ever has ownership of the product is responsible for moving it to your next residence. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT THIS. KNOW YOUR ENTITLEMENTS. Dont waste your energy moving the product yourself because if you break it then you are liable for the damages of the product. Dont be, let the rent to own business be liable and make them do something useful with their lives other than destroy others.

Horrible experience they force you into a contract that you didnt sign up for, change the price multiple times and the products are used, piles of crap. My dryer I had for less than a month almost caught on fire, I told them and they said install a lint filter okay so I asked them why didnt they install it they said its a fire risk, umm okay. They say your gonna pay a certain price mine was 145 per month than say you owe 175 umm no and they also say the total price is 1245 for a washer and dryer, okay my contract said 1750. They didnt know why that was.stupid crooks and there products are crap I leased a whirlpool top of the line washer and dryer. It took 5 hours for one load of laundry go to aarons great staff great products
