We went in here on Sunday looking to buy a laptop computer and he had a fella in the computer department helping us even tho it seemed like we were bothering him because we were there and we told him our price range right from the start and he immediately went $300 over that and after he described the advantages to this one i commented about it being more than we wanted to spend so instead of showing us more options he just kept on talking about this one and how this was the only one that was going to work for us so then my girlfriend was inquiring about one that was in a sales flyer which he really had no intentions of showing us until she went thru the motions to get him the SKU # and then it was a total down sell on it even tho it had great reviews, maybe it was because it was half the price of the one he was trying to sell? So we left and bought nothing.. he was a bigger fella wearing a side backpack and he really isnt doing you any favors as far as customer service goes.. trust me i work in retail sales and have been in it for 33 years and i was giving him plenty of chances to pickup on the fact that we wanted to look at other choices and when you are in retail you better be able to listen to your customer.. And you know what we ended up at the best buy in South lands and had a sales associate with a great attitude help us and you know what? we ended up buying one for even a bit more than the one he was showing us. As someone who has purchased quite a few things from Best Buy I always figured they were a good company. I purchased a laptop there and have been taking it back since I purchased it for it making noise. The geek people have been blowing out the fan and telling me that all the HP computers have noisy fans. Well... bullshit. So now the fan is screaming and MicroCenter says it is bad. I took it back to BEST BUY and they cant help me other than"I can try the HP warranty". The store manager Scott says that because I didnt buy the extended warranty and it has now been 10 months they cant help. WHAT - I had brought it in while under the store warranty. I told him how I just purchased a microwave over the weekend and he looks as says that he was going to help me but since I didnt buy the warranty on it either that he was going to help me today but now he isnt. WTF Apparently, I needed to be taught a lesson by BEST BUY (Worst customer service buy) manager Scott at the parker store to buy extended warranties. Here is the lesson I learned... shop somewhere besides Best buy. Not that cooperate BB reads these or cares but if your Parker store isnt doing well my guess is it is because of how they treat your customers.

First of all, the delivery guys did not bring the power cord for the range and sales person at Best Buy store told me nothing was needed. In spite of me asking 10 times, if any accessory is needed for range and refrigerator. The delivery guys were really not helpful, and kept telling me they were not Best Buy and sales person in store might tell you anything. The whole installation was a mess. They were in so much hurry. I am really disappointed with Best Buy, considering I paid so much for my appliances I bought and did not like the service I received from them. They were in hurry because they wanted to install 4-door refrigerator in their next appointment. This is REALLY INSANE. You are not concentrating and helping in this installation and are wondering about the next appointment installation. The range is still hanging off and is not settled completely on the floor. I am totally frustrated with the whole thing that went with this installation. Hope Best Buy does something about this and make sure other customers are not affected with the same thing.

I have visited this store three times now to inquire about the Sonos music system. Twice upon visiting I wasnt approached by any sales associates that might have offered to help after standing around for about 15-20 minutes. The third time I had done my research on the internet and went in again...no one offered to help...big surprise. Picked up the Sonos items I wanted and went to check out using a gift card I had on my phone. Cashier told me I would have to print out the gift card and come back. No offer to use one of their printers with wireless capability, no thought about using my phone to purchase online, only a snarky look at me to ask if I would be using a credit card. I couldnt discourage more people to not visit this location. HORRIBLE!!!

After waiting for 20 minutes on the phone to talk to someone, I had two questions. I asked my first only to get a yes answer and then the lady hung up. I drove a half hour to get to the store to find out that the yes over the phone should have been a no. A complete waste of my time because of incompetent and rude employees. Previous experiences in the store have been the same. The employees dont know what they are talking about and often give wrong information or say that they just dont know. I figured that I would look for other things I needed while I was there, but they were out of everything else I needed. The only good thing was that besides a few things, the store was mostly clean.

If I need to go shopping at a Best Buy I prefer to go to this one as its smaller and is very rarely packed with people. Thus I find that the staff is nicer than the one in Park Meadows and they are very quick to help you find what you need. Sometimes depending on what you need to buy the selection is very narrow as they carry a number of products. If they dont carry something they help you figure out who does on the spot.

Staff avoid customers and questions. They only cary mainstream products. For technoliggy the staff are unable to answer most of my questions. I was told to look it up online. Had to get a manger to get stock from the back because staff were to lazy to look it up even thow online showed it in stock. They wouldnt price match same items I found online. I prefer MicroCenter 1000 times over. Im continually let down.

Was in and out with a flash. Just needed a new power adapter for my mac laptop. Was greeted at the door. Was greeted all the way back till I was in the right area, then a young guy came over and asked if I needed some help and told him what I was looking for and seconds he was able to show me where. Also explained a bit about the new adapter and why mac changed the adapter.

The service of the computer and video game areas is great. I am always greeted and treated with kindness and professionalism. I went here to purchase some high end speakers last week and was not even acknowledged in that department, however. The Magnolia/high end audio associates seem content not engaging customers. Ended up buying the speakers online at newegg.
