Unfortunately I had to give this business at least one star to be able to post my comment. This is thee worst Rent A center I’ve had to deal with. Horrible customer service! Maria the Sells rep is so unprofessional and so ghetto I went in to try to get a laptop that I needed for work she was so rude she literally rolled her eyes at me had to walk away and make aggravating noises and get her manager because she couldn’t handle my attitude supposedly to her . The only thing I was asking for was good customer service and for them to try to assist me on leasing a laptop. Not that hard to do! If you need to lease anything please go else were! Do not do any type of business with them! I ended up paying same as cash for my laptop because it make me sick to my stomach having to think about having to deal with any of those people in that store! I contacted corporate to complain because I do not want this happening to anyone else! They need to realize that costumers like myself are what gives them a job in the first place!

This place has the rudest employees. Especially iliene. I pay my bill on time. They took my TV cause it wasnt working gave me a loaner and did not contact me for 2 weeks to let me know what was going on. I tried to pay my bill and get into contact with someone but they never answer their phones. They called me this morning and irliene haraassed me and told that it wasnt her fault that I need to pay today I asked to talk to her manager and she told me that he was not in and hung up on me. I called back 2 more times and both times they hung up not to mention interrupting me when I was trying to talk.

Terrible. Will call 4 to 5 times ON YOUR DUE DATE for the payment. Called to return items and the guy never showed. Called again they said they will send someone out at 5. Showed at 6:20 and thought he was picking up a TV stand. I had a washer and dryer. He also had no paperwork to give me so I refused pick up. Do NOT use them. Go try Conns.

Called my home phone twice in one day and hung up when we answered. No apologies for calling or anything. After second time I called them back and complained and still no apologie. Very unprofessional. Not a customer, and they just guaranteed that.
