Horrible. Poor company, poor store help. They didnt honor advertised rebates. Went to buy a laptop in their ad - turned out it wasnt even in the store - it was online only. We made the laptop purchase from a store terminal. The employees in the store had no idea about the ad and very little idea even how to complete the online purchase. Took forever. Finally got it done & paid. We never received a confirmation email from them about our purchase so it was very difficult to track the shipment which ended up being delayed. We went online, filled out the rebate form and submitted it. Again never got an email confirmation. The online submission didnt work (even though I printed out the completion notification page). I went online to and was only able to get a real person via their online chat help. I was told I would have to call HP as they were offering the rebate and their website was used by HP. No help at all. With HP I couldnt even get a live person because my phone number isnt in their records as having submitted a rebate. Unbelievable. For being "EASY" this is the worst experience Ive ever had buying a computer. Wont be doing it again from here.

We could not be happier with our experience at the Parker Staples store! My company provides tutoring services for disadvantaged students in neighboring districts to help them get up to grade level in reading a math. As part of our program, we give these students a laptop so that they may continue learning at home when the program is completed. This year, our normal supplier was unable to supply us with the laptops we needed, so we contacted our local Parker Staples store and the manager, John Harding, went above and beyond the call of duty to help us secure the laptops we needed and at a discounted price. We so appreciate all the help that was given to us, because he enabled us to help kids who really needed it most.

Thank you Jonie for taking charge and keeping me a happy Staples customer! Had a broken printer and an extended warranty. Was told initially to call the 800 number and let them sort it out. After seeing I was annoyed, she came to the rescue and pulled one off the shelf and said dont sweat it. 10 more minutes and I was out the door with my new printer. THIS is why I keep shopping here. Amazon might be a bit cheaper but good service is worth a little extra dough. Thanks Jonie and you are a credit to your organization!

This is the closest store to me, and I needed to return a chair I had purchased online. The service was fast, efficient, and very friendly. They helped me locate a couple other items I needed in the store. I would definitely return to this location. Their friendliness and eagerness to assist me was absolutely awesome and exceeded my expectations by far!!! I thought returning something I had bought online was going to be a hassle, but it wasnt!.
