I get really good service there... the manager is super helpful. Have had to switch a few phones that stopped working & I had the extended warranty & always got a store credit. Never a problem & I am NOT a "phone geek" so they switch my service to the new phone along with all my "phone stuff" (photos - contacts etc.) The only thing I have to say is very recently - they have stopped selling ALOT of things - so now - any store credit may not be so great since the selection of products has gone down to hardly anything but phones. ****** UPDATE ***** they have a new policy now - my phone died a couple months before the "store warranty" went into effect ... so instead of going thru the manufacturer headache & no phone for weeks... I bought a new phone elsewhere & I USED to be able to bring it in after the 1 yr & the store warranty would give me a store credit. NOT anymore - that warranty I purchased SUCKS now... you HAVE to exchange it for a new phone ONLY. Of course the new phones are $300 MORE & I dont even need one now... So I got my daughter a $124 phone & the rest of my $240 went "bye bye". So now Im done shopping there.

more like the local crack shack. literally watching explicit and racist pornographic movies with their two year old child. i felt like i walked into a crack house and drove the 5 miles to a better one. i can tell right away that the district manager is a third world cocaine addict from the ppl they hired. serious. corporate needs to be notified with the police. i thought previous reviewers were exaggerating i am in shock how disgusting the store was

Went to radio last weekend to purchase a case and a speaker. I was unsure of which speaker would work for what I wanted to use it for. The manager was very helpful and very patient with me asking questions. I definitely will return to the store with the customer service I received it was A++

Service was horrible. Had to use Exact change because for some reason the teller couldnt get change. They need some new workers at this place, for the time being i would drive the extra five miles to the next Radioshack and steer clear of this one.

Didnt open on time, and when it finally opened had to wait 20min for the registers to boot up. The only person working didnt offer any help other than to point where something was. No friendly greeting, nothing.

Its not in a very nice part of town, but the clerk was very helpful. Found exactly what I needed and he explained the return policy in case it wasnt what I needed. I would recommend this location.
