Well, where do i start. I spent hours researching televisions trying to find the one that fits my budget and my needs. i found tech for less on eBay and i thought they had great deals. I thought wrong! They sent the TV with some commercial delivery service that does not normally ship to residential addressing according to the woman at the freight company. After a week of trying to arrange a delivery, i finally got it. The TV came in with burnt out pixels and the picture on the screen jumping all over the place. Completely busted television. Theyre ad said it was new. I was so upset. I called then and i spoke with a girl named Anastasia in the customer service dept. who speaks with a very calming voice and is so nice which i admit calmed me down a lot. I agreed to purchase a different TV from them which cost almost another 200. (Another Bid Mistake, What was I thinking?) They shipped it fed ex this time so i was able to get delivery much easier. The package job was amateur at best and i never got the original box the TV came in. it looks used. It came in a brown generic box with two little pieces of Styrofoam holding it in place. I opened and set it up. And then i saw it. It was hard to see at first because the border of this Samsung TV is clear and transparent. So as i was peeling the plastic on the stand i noticed a crack in the corner of the border. Another botched delivery. It looks like it was dropped on its side because when you turn the screen on it looks like something is pressing on it the way a touch screen on your phone looks when you press it. Right now i am sitting here on a Saturday (my day off) waiting for fed ex to come back and pick it up which is what Anastasia told me to do. They gave me a window on when they are coming. Only problem is i just called Fed ex and they haven nothing scheduled at this address at all for the week. The only thing left to do is to call my bank and notify them of this issue and warn all my friends out there. DO NOT BUY FROM TECH FOR LESS!!

Hi Folks, I stumbled on Tech For Less by accident when I was looking to buy a flat screen TV. They are the most awesome company to stumble upon! Kind of like stumbling upon a $100.00 bill in the gutter! I bought a Samsung 40" Smart TV for my initial purchase. It arrived perfectly, in time to see the New England Patriots crush Atlanta. I also bought 2 Monster Tablets for the dirt cheap price of about $39.00 each. Once I got the billing address/shipping address sorted out everything arrived as promised, timely, in perfect condition and even better than their disclaimer often states "about factory" scratches or physical defects or "open boxes", who cares, its the product that matters not the box. I have referred every single friend of mine to this awesome company, I cannot say enough. Now I write a lot of product reviews for Amazon (as a customer) Tech For Less is definitely a company that gets both thumbs up plus a few fireworks. I do not think you will be disappointed doing business with Tech For Less. Im not and Im a hard nut to crack! But they have more, called lightning (or wicked good specials) sales. I receive an email advertising great products, gadgets and general "stuff" for prices so in-expensive Im "almost" tempted to buy them every time I see them. I live in Massachusetts on Cape Cod, Tech For Less have their business in Colorado Springs Colorado, according to that cute voice on my phone that distance is 2,029.6 miles away from my house. Further than the local Best Buy but right next door when it comes to customer satisfaction, service, delivery, price and just plain overall great business practices. I promised Tech For Less a few fireworks. Here is the picture of the 100th Anniversary of the opening of the Cape Cod Canal, the fireworks are being shot off from the top of the Cape Cod Railway Canal Crossing Bridge.

Purchased a tv on a Monday at 8am and received an email stating that my order would be shipping out that day and i would receive a Sales Invoice with my tracking number. The next day I received the invoice with a tracking number and over the number it said "Shipping later", so I called costumer service to find out what this meant? The lady I talked to said that the order was delayed a day and that the tv was shipping that day. Two days went by and I decided to tack my order to see when the tv was scheduled to arrive. When I typed in the tracking number to FedEx it came back with "No record of this tracking number can be found" needless to say I was not happy. Again I called the costumer service number and I think I got the same lady I talked to the first time (if it wasnt the same lady then it was her sister because the voices were very similar) I asked her what was going on with my order and she said she did not know why the tracking number is not working and that she would call down to the warehouse to see what was going on. I received a call back about 15 minutes later and she said that it did get shipped and it was on the truck. I retorted that if its on the FedEx truck they would have done a received package scan and then an additional scan once it reached the sort facility. We argued back and forth before she blurted out that my item would be shipped today. I said "so you where lying" and that I wanted to speak to the manager to cancel my order, she said that the manager wasnt available and that she would have to have him call me back, to which I replied "Jesus Christ then she hung-up on me. The manager never called me so I am now contacting my bank and making a claim with Visa.

Ive only had the HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-b109wm Notebook PC for a few days, but everything seems to be working well. It came with a quick start page and Windows 8 manual, which I needed. I highly recommend downloading and installing Classic Shell and other useful software all at once with Ninite. com. Make sure you uninstall Norton AV first if you want to use a different AV and Windows firewall. Theres some bloatware, but nothing so far that cant be easily removed. I probably havent used the touch screen to its full capacity, but I do find it to be very useful in instances when the touch pad is cumbersome. This PC has a lot of features for what I paid for it. Im used to using Windows, and while its sometimes a pain in the ass and the maintenance is time consuming, I know that Ill get a lot of use out of it if it remains stable and I dont have to do a reinstall. I havent looked at any of the HP software to evaluate its utility, but Im guessing that some of it is specifically for backup and recovery. There is a separate partition which the software uses for this, so I hope to find this helpful if things go off kilter. This item was well-packed and protected, has no scratches or dents, and arrived on the day it was supposed to. The only gripe I have is with a delay in processing the order to confirm the validity of my credit card. Most sites do this immediately after you click to submit the order, but for some reason TechForLess is pickier. This wasnt a huge problem for me in this instance, but I can see how it might aggravate someone who is intent on getting their purchase as soon as possible.
