GameStop is cool if you buy new products, NEVER BUY USED GAMESTOP PRODUCTS I have gone through every used Xbox one wired controller and mic at this location swapping them out weekly with the staff because their used product never worked!!! The gentleman told me they were out, and that Ive used all the ones they had in stock (because everyone one was broken) so he sent me to another store, the one of S academy, and I called beforehand to make sure they had my product well the guy told me that they did and I drove over there so he shows me a brand new product after I said USED 100x on the phone and then swapped out my controller with the ONLY one they had in stock used which didnt have a 3.5mm connection for my mic after I repeated 100x I just wanted a mic and controller that works because Im tired of coming back. Well today is the final day Im returning ALL of my GameStop used products and only buying NEW from another store.

I think the staff is polite and they know their stuff. But the last three games i bought,... Two of them, ive had to return. Im not sure if im getting the bad luck of the draw, but its disappoing. I love this place, but im writing this as my "new" GTA 5 is glitching for the... 9th time, i believe. Last game I bought was red redemption, that game was full of glitches and skipped. Then i bought assassins creed, and it said that my PS was corrupted. Do i just have bad luck or are they not checking their games before they sell them. I dont know, your guess is as good as mine. But it seems like a gamble buying from there now. I wish they couldve helped me out a bit more. I spend a lot there, im a power up member.... Whatever. My experience is all.

Unhelpful and a complete waste of my time. I went in for the Dialga Pokemon event and what does the clerk do? He hands me a rather nice looking piece of cardstock with instructions on how to get Dialga. I thought it to be a bit strange, but gladly accepted and was on my way, as I was in a rush. I get home, and I follow all of the instructions as said on the cardstock, and it is unsuccesful. My wi-fi was okay and all, and I even tried it on 3 different DSs. Still, nothing! A bit flustered, I look online to see how to acquire Giratina. Turns out, the guy was supposed to do it while I was there. Again, a COMPLETE waste of time.

Dear unhappy gamer, you wanted to get money for ps2 games in 2011? How much did all the other stores that buy games want to give you for them...did you take precautions against rioting? Gamestop does a fair deal, they sell used games for a little cheaper than new and that makes it worth the trip to me. Better than some alternitives for sure.

So I walked in ready to buy a game... started to browse a little and one of the employees was stocking the shelves. Instead of saying excuse me or something of that nature, without skipping a beat he just walks in front of me to place a game down while hes talking to his coworker. Thats when i just walked out. Bad business to say the least.

Friendly and knowledgeable reps, good service. Went in looking for a specific item but couldnt find it on the floor. The reps at the counter searched the entire store high and low (even after I just offered to buy it online and pick it up later) until they found it. Always have a good experience at this store.

Awesome staff who is always ready and willing to answer any questions and help you out with the best deal. I never feel like Im getting Bamboozled on my money when I come to this GameStop. They also have an excellent selection of every type of game and game system you could want.

Play games with people! Was told there is no Nintendo Classic available. Yet, they were selling them to their friends... Liars! Unless you know the employees, you will not get one. Also, I heard they sold 2 to a friend, which was supposed to be against policy!
