Went there for Thermal Compound. Asked if there were some packages in the back. Associate comes back with a torn open, ripped up package with 2 small tubes of Thermal Compound and then rang it up for full price despite having to scrape it free from under the storage rack. Was rude when I laughed and said "youre really going to charge full price for your left over scrap from Sprint taking over your store?" Lack of Response made it seem like I was joking and he wasnt laughing. Walked out, never going back.

Terrible service employees have no electronic experience wouldnt listen to me and tried to convince me the part i wanted didnt exist when I bought the piece from this exact place once before and they were closed for over an hour with a 30 minute sign in the window and smell like armpit when we finally got inside. Go to amazon its worth the wait instead of the hassle

Had horrible service at this Radio Shack, staff was rude, unhelpful. Would recommend trying a different location or avoiding Radio Shack all together.
