I always go to the clearance isles and Ive never had a problem until tonight. Manager Maria had denied to lower to the clearance isles marking until I told her I was going to corporate and took pictures. After two other employees told her she was wrong she said as I was leaving that she could do that price. So I paid with credit card paid full price now have to wait 7 business days to get money. Its a great store but manager Maria was very unprofessional and didnt hold to Walmarts promise until she was told she was wrong by a newer employee. I am desabled Im diagnosied bipolar and a fear of public she confronted me and acted like I was doing something wrong I have a unbelievable fear of going into public and Im paralyzed at home no scared to go into public thats why I shop at night I am completely humiliated and feel I done something wrong going to your store I dont get excited and happy to much but I was being able to purchase these items as gifts and now Im so much worse of

Be careful when buying phone cards or any type of service card from this Walmart. I roughly $200 worth of stuff from this Walmart, and the phone cards were last. The cashier was having trouble running them through, and ended up calling a manager. Manager came, did something then walked away. And the guy was still having the same problem, and had to call her over again. They brought me to another register so the people behind me could go through. She ended up having to ring up my things a second time, and then charged me twice for it. And she told me that the extra $200 would drop off, but come in tomorrow so they can give me back my money. So I showed up the next day, and a different girl told me it wasnt Walmarts problem, but my bank, and said it would most likely drop off in a week! So if it doesnt drop off, if my bank doesnt cancel this transaction, I will be getting my $200 back or I will sue them. Other than that it looks like any other Walmart Ive been in.

Great place to shop, store is kept up well and the shelves are always clean and organized. The staff all likes to hang out and smoke cigarettes right next to the front door. I tell managers every time I see it, yet the staff still puffs away next to the front door. They never have enough people working whether you are using customer service or if you are checking out. I visit this store often, and Im often held up by lines because of lack of employees... their staff is disorganized, the managers make up excuses rather than help customers, and the whole place is ran by a bunch of disrespectful bafoons. This place needs to be shut down and a king soopers needs to be put up quick. I have stopped giving this wal-mart even the stink-eye when driving by. Yall dont deserve to be open!!!

It has been one bad experience after another with this specific store, makes me even more ashamed to have worked for a company who hires such nasty people. As anyone with common sense would know you cant smoke cigarettes in the store, well while finishing up my cigarette in my car which I felt very appropriate before going into the store the security guard was at my window harrasing me and telling me to get lost which was unbelievable. I shut my mouth and drove off and gladly gave my money to another business. Just FYI even if Thornton PD had been called they would have kindly told me to proceed with my cigarette before going in to shop. The security guard working tonight is RUDE, he will definitely do good at chasing customers away. Thats what this Wal-Mart wants anyways right?

Worst walmart in the USA hands down. Shopping carts everywhere so you have to park far away so your car does not get hit and scratched with one. Food is expired bought cookie dough that had expired over a month ago. Looked for some Mayonnaise two weeks ago left because most of the product was expired or a couple days from expiring. Baking isle has ripped bags of flour all over the floor. Went in at midnight to get Madden 15 at midnight, when another guy and I asked where it was we got the run around because no one had a clue. Waited till 10 after midnight finally a rude sales associate came out and took his time getting things ready. Took him another 10 min to finally sell the first game. This walmart need to be shut down or have everyone fired.

Terrible customer service! I just went in there and found a whole row of coffee that was marked $2 and manager Gabe who took his sweet time (about 10mins) to come out of the office that was right in front of the register where I was paying at, told me in a dismissive tone that the coffee was $12 and he wouldnt override the price even though it was THEIR mistake and most certainly very diceiving to have a whole row of products lined up under the wrong price tag. Didnt even apologize, he just told me that the price is wrong and just walked away. Time to give my business to target or king soopers instead.

If you have a return go to a different Walmart!! I always have receipts and customer service is incompetent so they just say they cant do it for some imaginary dumb reason. Today I noticed I was charged incorrectly, I walked back in for my money back- "item isnt in our system sorry" WHAT?! I JUST BOUGHT IT HERES THE RECEIPT! Another time I wanted my money back on a gift card instead of my credit card, they cant do that... Of course had I not brought the receipt of course my money would go on a gift card WTF?! INCOMPETENT WORKERS!

I must say that the Walmart store I shop at off of 128th has been better with their cashiers. I quit shopping there because they never had lanes open, even when busy, and the cashiers had the personality of a post. Theres a cashier we watch for now that actually has a personality and a sense of humor! His hair has been dyed purple, but Ive never been one to judge a person by their looks, style, the way they dress, etc. Great kid and always friendly. With that being said, weve been shopping Walmart more often.

Most of the time the store is not stocked with everyday items. Every time I go there to get something they dont have it or at least its not on the shelves. How do you run out of diet seven up for a week! How do you have the same shitty Cat food selection that is in a shambles most of the time. And why is food expired? That is like stealing from me. Why do I always leave this Walmart with only a few of the items I need and then have to go to another store to get the rest? This is the worst Walmart in the area!

I was here on December 23rd. Doing some shopping with my brother in law. We stopped by sporting goods and I bought a box of ammunition. I couldnt believe it but the associate who rang me up (Ashleigh) was talking on her cell phone the whole time she rang me up. That is incredibly rude. I was also very surprised that someone would do that. I worked at walmart several years ago and we would get written up if a manager even saw a phone in our hand while on the sales floor.
