I purchased a refurbished CPU back in January and it was delivered in less than 2 days. The packaging was perfect. The machine has worked perfectly but I did have a problem with the Windows validation. I sent an email to customer service and got an immediate response from Alex the manager of technical operation and on line sales. He sent me the information I needed to resolve my problem easily and quickly. If the whole world operated like NSR, we would all live together in peace and harmony. I dont just want to be a NSR customer, I want to work for them! Or at least a company that has this level of customer service. As a former US Marine Drill Instructor, I know, respect, and appreciate attention to detail. Words can not describe how well experience has gone with NSR. Garry and his team are incredibly knowledgeable in their work on computer systems. Our office recently went through the conversion from Windows XP to Windows 7. Inevitably, there were compatibility issues with graphic drivers, monitors, etc. Garry and his team took the time to research my computer issues, gave recommendations and found equipment that would be able to work with the new operating system, saving me hundreds of dollars in equipment upgrades, hours of trouble shooting and most of all reduced my level of frustration.
