Very quick and courteous service. Cheaper than Apple Store. Would definitely go there again!!. oopppps!!! go elsewhere. they put a glass cover than is impossible to read with polarized sunglasses on. i went to the store and asked for a different cover and they said thats the only one they sold. so if you wear sunglasses in colorado go to the apple store and get an apple brand replacement. also i mute my phone almost every time my cheek hits the glass which is pretty annoying and the glass is very dark so hard to see in the sun. i would have gladly paid for an upgrade if offered. it appears all they have to repair broken glass covers on iphones are generic very low grade materials. . I suggest you spend the extra bucks and go to an authorized repair center. going to have to pay to get it repaired again by apple. also they forgot to put the camera back properly, went to an apple store since camera did not work and they said they did not put back the harness that holds the wire to the camera in place so the camera did not work a few weeks after they repaired it..In my opinion its not worth the saving 25 bucks to repair your phone there. better to go to an apple authorized dealer if the repair renders your phone unusable.

Id like to congratulate Device Pit stop on their one year anniversary! Love you guys. Ive been struggling with my PC not working for a couple months. After trying everything I could think of I finally decided to take it to Device Pitstop in Highlands Ranch. I took it in on Sunday at about 11:30 AM and explained what was going on with it. They had it figured out in an hour and called me to let me know what was wrong, what was needed and what it would cost. My OS was corrupt. I had windows 7. They suggested reloading the OS, and adding a solid state hard drive to supplement my current hard drive. They actually updated the OS to Windows 10 for no charge. I was able to pick up my PC at 4 PM the same day and only paid $167 including tax. These guys are phenomenal and I recommend Device Pitstop to everyone. They also fix smart phones, tablets, laptops and have a nice inventory of like new devices for fabulous prices. Not only do they know their stuff they are also really good guys. Many thanks for such a great experience. Customer service is lacking these days but not here. Great job!!

Most Excellent, These guys are awesome! Dont wait 2-3 days fir your phone to be fixed. These guys will fix your broken phone glass/screen in less than an hour. This is a best kept secret. It took them 20 minutes to fix my iPhone and cost 80bucks. Less than half of what the Sprint was going to charge me and i would have been with out my phone for 3 days or so. They also have a great selection of used apple computers as well as PC based products. A fine selection of accessories accompany the deals. The staff seems really knowledgeable and I got the sense that they really take pride in there service and technical abilities. Not cocky or arrogant but confident and friendly. Check this place out....did I mention they have a great assortment of used computers, apple, PC, you name it. they may be a couple years old but they are a fraction of the price if you dont mind a ding or two.

I went in to Device Pitstop in need of a new laptop. We had a old laptop that was broken as well as a new one that was too slow. They took the time to ask what we wanted in a laptop and then proceeded to thoroughly go through all of our options. The went through everything from fixing the old laptop, to upgrading the other, or to simply buying a new one. In the end I felt confident about my decision and had a great computer. They also can give you some in store credit for your old devices in order to help you out with your purchase! The work was done quickly and the employees were very helpful friendly! After having a very poor experience with taking a computer to CPR (Cell Phone Repair), I would gladly bring my computers here every time without worrying! They also do mobile devices which is great! 10/10 would recommend

My screen on my iPhone cracked and I took it in there to get it fixed. The first time I took it in they went threw at least 3 screens to get it to work. Once I got it home I could not hear anyone while on the phone with them and the screen would push buttons on its own and wouldnt allow me to push the buttons I needed. The second time I took it in they replaced the screen twice and the camera and microphone piece and it still didnt work. The third time I took it in the people said that they would have to keep it overnight because they were not capable of running the diagnostics needed to figure out the problem. Needless to say my phone never actually got fixed. They simply broke it more than it was when I brought it to them.

Do not take your phone here! Went to get a charging port replaced on a Galaxy s5. This did happen in a timely manner, however I had to go back to get the screen re seated. As there was a piece of plastic sticking out preventing the home keys from working correctly. Then a few weeks later after a 2-3 foot fall onto carpet (while in a protective case)the screen came off and broke the home button cable. They said they would over night/expedite the shipping of the replacement cable, and get me the phone back in 2-3 days. This actually took 6 days, and low and behold the screen is still not seated correctly. These may be polite and "efficient" but they are completely incompetent!

I had such a great experience at Device Pitstop, at BOTH locations. When I called the Denver store looking for a specific item, Jeremy was friendly & suggested I check the Highlands Ranch location, which I didnt know existed! I called and they had the used iPad Mini Id been searching all of Greater Denver for days! Brad hooked me up with the device i needed, which included a 30 day warranty and he even threw in a spare charging cable he had lying around. I was so appreciative. Ill definitely be returning for future purchases & electronics repairs.

Stopped by on way to grab lunch. I had shattered the screen on my iPhone 6 the previous night. Did not want to get a new phone or have someone try to sell me a refurbished one. They looked at my phone, said it would be $80 to replace the screen, and that it would be ready when I finished lunch. They were right on all accounts. Thank you so much for the amazingly quick and friendly service! I will never go anywhere else.

I experienced phishing on my laptop computer as well as my android phone and immediately went to Divice Pitstop in Highlands Ranch to correct the problem. It was not an easy process, but when I left the store, I was extemely relieved knowing that I was once again able to use both devices securely. MOST of all, I felt completely safe divulging my personal data to correct the problem.
