Bottom line, I do not recommend this locations staff for guidance and sales in third party sales of cell phones/plans, computing, or connectivity. I initially walked into the store wanting to purchase a new cell phone and plan. The initial service was good. The salesman sounded like he knew what he was talking about concerning features and plans. I was compelled to make several more visits so that they could explain to me that they were wrong about the phones features, wrong about Sprints policies and I can say that Ill never step foot into a Radio Shack again. (Especially this location) During my several visits, I also experienced the bad attitude of the manager, who belittled me about my knowledge of Sprints policies. Also, twice I was compelled to help the associates in assisting their costumers because they didnt know they gave blank looks when asked about certain technologies.

Like all Radio Shacks theyre way over priced and have a miniscule selection but this one had the added shittiness (sp?) of a rude employee who kept trying to get me to let them order me a specific cable. He told me I would never find one cheaper & acted like he took it personally when I said I was going to check Best Buy etc. on my phone before I made a decision. Of course I found one at Best Buy for less than half the price & I could get it that day, when I needed it. I told the employee that I found one cheaper and he just walked away and said "whatever" over his shoulder. I dont know how they stay in business, it must be Metro Pcs keeping them afloat

The staff at this location are rude, disrespectful and cocky. They also lack product knolage. It was almost as if there was a refusal to help me. If this were my business I would clean house and leave all of these guys left looking for work. Bottom line if you require superior service for your money being spent, this is not a location that will suit you. No wonder amazon is killing radio shack.

I will never go to Radio Shack again. I bought a 4ft HDMI cable today and when I got home I realised I needed the 6 ft. I went straight back to the store with the unopened package and receipt and before I finished talking the shop assistant cut me off to say no refunds under any circumstance- company policy. With service like that they deserve to go under.

Customer service was exceptional. Went in to sort out a problem for a friend overseas, which unfortunately couldnt be resolved. Shay was incredibly helpful and certainly went the extra mile trying to help us.

Ok selection, clean, organized, workers are nice and helpful. Easy for when you need to hurry up, unless they are busy, then if you need help you have to wait
