many reviewers will instantly review the computers or software of the store in question, but my review is focused on the actual store. i came in at 7:30, after i got out of work. i needed service on my laptop (which headphone jack/audio port wasnt functioning properly.) i came in and scheduled a genius bar appointment for four days later. i then asked one of the workers if there were any no-shows and i could be seen immediately (as this was my only free time for quite a while.) the manager said i was in luck (a few people hadnt showed) and i was seated. the genius i worked with was incredibly knowledgeable about my specific computer, and proceeded to checklist what the problem could be. we found out my headphone jack was stuck, and that a new "left I/O board" would probably be needed. he then explained a USB audio output, and gave me a few other low-cost options to "nurse it," as he said. After talking about the options, he blew compressed air in the port, and my computer began acting normally. We talked a bit and after realizing the port was intermittently working i decided to order the part anyway. I was never obligated into paying, or ordering. he made it clear that with a can of compressed air i could probably be ok for the rest of my computers life. im the kind of person that doesnt like to think about making their computer work, so i ordered the part. i was informed that because we ordered the part, if i wanted to cancel the repair, it would be 100.00 (less then half of the repair price). I was made aware of every possible option, and was double-checked with before ever signing my name. The representative that helped me was fast, courteous and best of all, human. We spoke plainly, and he helped me come to the best decision for ME (even if it would mean me just buying a 3 dollar can of air). I dont have apple care, and i was still given several low cost options to handle the situation (even if it meant a potential loss in profits to them) that, to me, is excellent customer service, and i honored his service and intelligence by ordering the part. this tone of service reverberated through the store. i was asked if i needed anything several times, and i was treated like an intelligent consumer (rather then a victim to a sales official). It was an excellent visit, and i am happy to share it. daniel.

In June 2017 I would have rated this store a 5 star with fast paced service and outstanding service, but today I received the worst customer service. Like I mentioned I was recently there in June to fix my phones display but unfortunately it re-cracked NOT by being dropped. I called before I drove down there and they said they would be able to help as long as I did not drop it. So, I drove down there. I was there at 1pm and did not leave until 5pm! They had no sympathy for my situation and when I talked to the manager he said because there was physical damage to the outside of my phone there was nothing he could do. OK well I have dropped my phone before and Ive had it for a couple of years now of course there would be damage! and he didnt even ask me what I wanted to do. (either get it fixed or just leave it). So they walked away, I called my parents to get there opinion. I decided to just re-fix my phone I had to go back and re wait for someone to be available! Then, right before they were going to take my phone and fix it, they asked if I was 18+. I was like no, I will be in a week though. So apparently you have to be over 18 to get your phone screen fixed. I didnt know that. I was at the same store a month ago and they fixed my phone with no problem! So they went back and got the manager again and they come out and tell me that I have to have someone over 18 to sign for me. So Im like okay but I was here a month ago for the same reason and there was no issue there! I had to drive all the way home pick up my father and drive all the back! And finally they fixed my phone.. took 2 1/2 hours but they did. Paid the full price and everything didnt offer anything to me. However, the worst part was no one (i.e. the technician or the manager) did not apologize for nothing, acted like my situation was nothing. That was the worst customer service I have every received! Never going back there again, I recommend going to the apple store in Cherry Creek where you can have a MUCH BETTER experience!

I was personally very satisfied with my visit. I received an Iphone 6 that was defective, after speaking to both Verizon and Apple the outlook was bleak at best. I could set up an appointment with Apple to look at the phone, or send it in and wait for a month to get a new phone. Neither option worked for me and I asked if I could go into a store and get a new one by walking in. I assured that I probably could. I arrived at the Apple Store right when they opened and was dismayed to see a long line out the door. I decided to give it a try. There were Apple Representative outside talking to people about their issue and working their best to get them solved. These were people that did not have an appointment by the way. There was another representative that was handing out free water to everyone in line. After about a five minute wait I was asked what I was there for. I briefly told them I received a defective Iphone 6 and would like to exchange it. I was moved to the front of the line and quickly matched up with a representative who I really wish I could remember his name. I was ready to defend my need for a new phone today, not next week or a month from now, but my representative assured me that I was going to get fixed right up. He went into the back and brought up my new phone and quickly got it set up. The sim card gave him some trouble because apparently some numbers got jumbled up in the system, so I ended up being there for a little bit, which didnt bother me. My representative worked out the problem, apologized for the wait and was very kind and personable. I would recommend going to this location, they are affective, friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

Anthony, the store manager is a saint! I have never felt more validated and cared for than the nite I came in, in a panic, sure that I had LOST all of the voice recordings associated with a 2 week training I just completed out of town! In the time it took to call Apple Care and ask the phone rep to call the Aspen Grove store to see if they might still have a back up of my device from earlier that morning... I was walking in the door (still on the phone with Apple Care) saying, "Im here at the store now... Who do I ask for?" Thats when Anthony, standing at the front door, turned to me and asked "Are you Michelle?" He took the time to let me cry about my missing data, never once did I feel minimized, rushed, or like a burden. It was almost closing time and yet he took the time to work with me to figure it out. I told him, "You know... if this works... Im gonna kiss you on the mouth!" Which I did and then I cried in relief that he was able to find my lost recordings! I will never go anywhere else for my Apple needs. Aspen Grove is THE BEST. Thank You Anthony! You have an amazing team that reflects YOUR authentic human care and commitment to supporting the customers who come thru your doors. I am honored and grateful there are still people like you (and Steve) in the world that make real genuine connections and serve from a place of heart.
