Hands down, the most INCOMPETENT customer service department and "Wal-Mart to go" Manager on the face of the planet. Ive been a costumer of Walmart To Go for several months now, easily dropping $500-$800 in groceries each month. Sometimes the substitutions for products are completely crazy and it is necessary to return them to the store. I tried to return two items at the store yesterday. Costumer service (with nasty attitude included) had NO CLUE what to do. Wal-Mart To Go associate (who tried his best to help me by bringing me BACK to costumer service) had NO IDEA what to do. They called down the Manager, ASHLEY to come to the customer service desk to help. I was then told by Ashley they dont do returns of Wal-Mart To Go items and that I can only do returns via curbside when delivery occurs. THIS IS NOT TRUE! I went home and called the 800 number provided on my receipt. EVERY WAL-MART STORE is to take returns of Wal-Mart to go orders. ALL OF THEM. If you are providing a SERVICE, you should be INFORMED about your service.

i went in to this store to buy some knife sharpening things. i grabed two sharpening stones and a small can of wd-40. went to check out and they scanned wd-40 and it prompts a id check! i dont have my wallet and this mean old lady wont sell it to me, im 6ft tall, 33 years old , 7 inch beard covered and with tattoos. says its store policy and blah blah. scans first sharpening stone. then second stone and that one prompts the id check for the little sharpening stone! asks if im 16 and she waves that one "cause i look over 16" now wait so...this is store policy? or up to her? i would like to add, here is a list of things at walmart i could buy unlimited amount of with out a id check: 15 inch razor sharp chef knife gasoline bleach hammer saw zip ties trash bags fertilizer pipe you know its 2017 when walmart ids you for a rock!

Clean store. Store employees were very nice, friendly, and helpful when asked. Lines were not long either. Things that annoyed me were there I bumped into the store manager while i was there (or regional director) who helped me located one of those store pricing machines - he acknowledged that the original pricing machine i was trying to use had been broken for a long time. The one he directed me to was also broken. To make things even more annoying was that they didnt have accurate prices on a lot of their products. So to get prices I eventually resorted to finding a sales associate who had to faux-ring-up the product at a register - which they were happy to do (I did this approximately 6 times). Ive been to way worse stores - Id absolutely return to this Walmart despite the minor annoyances.

I live 2 minutes away from this Wal-Mart and I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but the bakery is truly my problem. They messed up my daughters cake for her FIRST bday. It was supposed to be cupcakes in the shape of a dress, instead I got cupcakes in the shape of a normal cake. I didnt make a big deal about it, I just let it go. Then 2 years later (this past Saturday) I sent my mom to pick up my daughters cake for her 3rd birthday and AGAIN, they got it wrong! I would have raised hell if I picked it up. Its like they just make whatever they feel like making then you get stuck paying $60 for it. DO NOT waste your money here if at all possible!

I had an injury outside as I was looking at some plants. I fell and Alonzo Mascarenas a Walmart associate witnessed my fall. He went out of his way to make sure I was okay and to make me comfortable. Alonzo brought me a bench to sit on and ice to apply to my knees. He stayed with me throughout the whole ordeal. This young man deserves recognition for his outstanding Customer Service. You seldom see a young person attend to someone in a caring and compassionate way. Alonzo represented your Company and store in an outstanding manner.

I have lived in this city my whole life and shopped at this Walmart pretty frequently. Its disgusting. Not cleanly at all. And they dont play english music there. I dont mind them trying to accommodate everyones taste, but when I was in the store for two hours and not a single english song came on, I didnt feel accommodated at all. The products are a good price, but honestly, I will never go back. Theres a Target and two King Supers near there and would choose them over this Walmart any day.

What can you say about Walmart. But there has not been a Walmart I have not seen that they take care of their trash in their parking lots. They dont take care of their carts, and its like trash City all over the place trash in the coming through the door. And they dont make their car people get the trash while theyre out there getting carts. Let alone get the carts often. But we are leaving the world of trash now like a third world country. Thats what Walmart is third world store.

Over all the store Is good, I had got quarters from the service desk a couple times, when I asked for a roll this morning the lady said she didnt have any and the gentleman ahead of me had them charge a breathing machine, the lady was too lazy to turn around and see it right behind her...Im sorry but if your in customer service thats whats its all about, if I was the manager I would tell that lady to clock out, go home and dont bring back the lazy attitude

They said they will NOT honor any valid printed coupons if they dont scan. If you ask them to punch in the coupon code ( which is why its on the coupon) they get loud and give you a big attitude and they just keep repeating were not allowed. I went twice earlier in the week and one of their best cashiers had told me that they can just type the code in and took my coupons multiple times before. WORST WALMART AROUND!!!!!

Its DIRTY ALL THE TIME LOITERERS BEG FOR MONEY NO SELECTION ALWAYS AND FOREVER OUT OF MAKEUP. SALE ITEMS.... NOTHINGS STOCKED UP...NOT EVEN BY HOW IT SELLS OR THE TIME OF YEAR...SUCH AS CHRISTMAS... LIVED IN BRIGHTON..THEN LIVED NEAR BRIGHTIN...SO DID MY OWN FAMILY... ITS CRAP ITS WORTH DRIVING ON INTO THORNTON OR NORTHGLENN... SERIOUSLY. I will actually drive past this to go to a different Walmart if I have to go to a Walmart. Its not just that its a smaller Walmart but the clientele that shops there, I found a lot of them to be rude. I usually dont buy produce from any Walmart because it seems like it goes bad quicker than if I get it somewhere else. I definitely dont buy meat from Walmart because I have no idea where it comes from.

Been to this store a few times now, and I am new to this area but I am by far not impressed with this store. Every time I have been there the lights and flashing on and off while you are in the produce dept, trying to dive around all the stockers that are out on the floor well into rush hour and clogging up the already to closely placed isles where you can hardly pass carts...
