For a computer store, these people dont seem to know much about computers. I called to see if they had the SDRAM modules for my computer in stock. The first guy I talked to told me that I would have to bring my computer into the store so that the tech could see what kind of RAM I needed. I told him that I knew what kind of RAM I needed, and I gave him the specifics. He just kept telling me that a tech had to look at it. After 5 minutes, I finally made it clear to this guy that I could install the RAM myself; I just needed to know if I could buy the two modules from them. Then I got to talk to a tech. I gave him the specifics of the modules I needed, and he went to see if they had any. They had one module that they would sell me for $50. I told him that I could get two modules for $70 at MicroCenter, and since I need two modules, thats who Ill be buying it from. Seriously, these people dont seem to know much about computers, and they dont seem to know anything about how to run a business. I think their specialty is up-selling customers and charging for unnecessary tech services. Do not patronize this business unless youve got a ton of time to waste, a ton of cash youre not particularly attached to, and no real need for a functional computer.

Took my iPhone in to have the battery replaced. One of the iOS updates causes the battery to burn out. When I dropped it off, I explained to them that I couldnt get it to charge at all. Johnny Stednick told me to come back in 2 hours. When I came back, he told me that they couldnt run a diagnostic on it because the battery wouldnt charge. REALLY???!!! Im pretty sure thats WHY I BROUGHT IT IN! He could have repaired it by replacing the battery and then run the diagnostics, but he decided to be arrogant and tell me that it was apples policy that they had to run a diagnostic first. I will not buy another product from them again. It seems he is only nice when he is selling you a new product, just like a used car salesman.

Dakota, one of the tech support folks at Simply Mac Greeley upgraded my machine from 10.6.8 to Mavericks as a dual boot, allowing both versions of the OS to exist on my Mac, using external hard drives. It had gotten to the point that no browsers were being supported on 10.6.8, and my current antivirus vendor also moved on, and therefore the machine was a security risk. The update restored browsing and computer security saving me from having to buy a new machine. Dakota impressed me as very knowledgeable and helpful. Also sharp, with the customers best interest in mind. The cost was less than $70, quite reasonable considering the utility and overall cost savings provided. Three thumbs up!

Paul in tech department at Greeley store FAR FAR exceeded my expectations this week in repair of my old MacBook. I was simply looking for battery replacement but he was able to find some applicable warranty coverage to help repair parts of very tired case. I feel like my machine has been brought back to life - plus turnaround was outstanding. Further note my wife is also complimentary of his work as she was also treated exceptionally well few months ago (for what I recall was an I-phone issue). Thanks Paul - a special shout out to you as your impressive attention to our support issues is all the confirmation I need that we have a great Apple product & repair venue in town!

I just bought a certified pre-owned 27" iMac here and had a great experience. The team worked together and helped me get the computer that best fit my needs at the time. I am very grateful for all of their friendly sales and support staff. Also, I am from Fort Collins and live just 2 miles for the Simply Mac store on Harmony Rd, so since Simply Mac is a chain, they were able to work with the Fort Collins store so that they can do a data transfer in Fort Collins from my old iMac to the one that I purchased in Greeley. I made sure that I got their Simple Care plan to help protect my investment. Thank you Simply Mac Team in Greeley and Fort Collins!

I cant tell you how impressed I was with the knowledge and customer service I received from Dakotah. The rest of the guys were also very friendly. Im literally blown away with the patience he had with me because Im cell phone illiterate. He made me feel like I was someone special. We have a business in Greeley and I took a few pointers from my experience with Dakotah. He worked with me over his lunch hour, he went above and beyond!!!!!!WOW!!!!!

Went to this store on Oct 29th and employee "Tommy" made this a horrible experience. I own a marketing firm in Greeley and our systems are entirely mac. I usually go to Foco for any repairs but decided to give these guys a try. NEVER again. This is the worse place ever and I recommend you use someplace else. The employee culture of dealing with customers is atrocious. Read the latest reviews... seems like they should just close the doors.

I visited this store with my friend whose iPhone had stopped working. A courteous and friendly young man named Allen knew exactly what to do, and helped her recover all her data and get her automatic back up settings straightened out. It was evident that he knows his products well, and how to deliver excellent customer service and a brand experience that one expects and hopes for with Apple products.

Its been a long time coming for Greeley and finally a Simply Mac is here. They do an amazing job at customer service, taking care of your needs and answering questions. Back in the day, this is what the Apple Stores were like: friendly, customer oriented and full of information and help. Bring your Macs, tablets, phones, etc. here. This is the place to buy and the place to learn!

Came in because I needed to get a phone under warranty looked at. There was no tech in the store who could help me and the sales associates were pretty much insistent that I needed to come back the next day at 10am. The sales associates insisted he could do diagnostics but nothing else, but he couldnt actually offer me any sort of assistance. I just walked out.

I have a question... Who takes 4 attempts and 3 hard drives over a period of 3 months to install OS X? Give up? I will give you a hint. It starts with an S and ends with an imply Mac. Thank you for the 250 down the drain. Also I ended up installing it myself after all those failed attempts. I would have given 0 stars but there is no option for that.

I had exemplary service at Simply Mac. Dakotah helped me with a broken screen, even though I came in 15 minutes till closing. He didnt rush me or pressure me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up buying a certified pre owned MacBook. I would recommend this store.

The employees are not trained well. I would not trust leaving any device with them and if you do, be prepared to never get it back or anything on the device back. Our family can thank this store for lying to us and loosing all our summer photos.
